We truly loved the hotel’s design – every corner is beautifully crafted with thoughtful details. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and flexible: even when I had an early pre-workout snack, it was no problem to order something again afterwards. Just keep in mind that the breakfast and coffee are freshly prepared, so it’s worth allowing a little extra time in the morning. All in all, a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations – we’d come back in a heartbeat.

As mentioned above, be prepared to wait a bit – both the breakfast and coffee take time to be prepared, so plan accordingly if you’re in a hurry.

Really cool decor in the rooms. The staff were incredibly attentive even for Bali standards. Props to Adrian and Yunita especially. Just terrific. We had room service a couple of times and it was excellent and affordable. We had a room with a little plunge pool but also spent a day by the shared pool which was fun.

The location isn’t perfect. It’s probably one kilometer up from the nicer parts of Canggu. But that has its advantages sometimes. And they do have a little golf buggy that we used a lot so they can shuttle you anywhere you need to go locally. They seemed super happy to provide the service and we didn’t have to wait once. In fact sometimes the staff were right there offering.

I instantly fell in love with the design of this hotel. It’s a stunning space that reflects the owner’s aesthetics and philosophy throughout. The staff were friendly and exceptionally attentive. They not only anticipated our needs, but also offered various suggestions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we felt a warm sense of hospitality throughout our stay. They provided buggy rides to nearby spots, and we especially appreciated being taken to and from the beach club market. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The bohemian far outshined out expectations. Check in was friendly and easy, we were very kindly upgraded which was an unexpected treat. The loft suite is incredible! The decor, aroma and facilities are impeccable. Adrian helped us with whatever we needed throughout our time there, the shuttle service is fantastic as they drop you anywhere within a certain radius and recommend places to go for drinks/food etc. We haven’t stayed at many hotels without breakfast and that was concerning for us but there are so many fantastic options nearby and recommendations from the staff. The hotel is undergoing some work to the courtyard and I can only imagine it being even better once complete. Canggu has lots of great restaurants but is still very ‘new’ and lots of development is ongoing.

The Bohemian Hotel stands out as one of the best we’ve experienced. With a stylish, thoughtfully designed interior, every detail exudes quality and elegance. The menu is small but superb, and the entire staff is exceptionally friendly—special thanks to owner Markus for his warm hospitality. The hotel’s central yet peaceful location offers a perfect blend of vibrancy and privacy, with a convenient free shuttle within town. Plus, coffee lovers will enjoy the La Marzocco machine. We loved our stay here! Location is as central as it gets in Canggu. The service was exceptional, Adrian in particular was outstanding. Very thoughtful in their service, neatly folding my pyjamas for me, turning the bed in the evening, the list goes on. Our room was serviced morning and night and all done seamlessly, they were like fairys, we’d pop out and return to a sparkling villa. The detail, styling and how well this place was equipped was much appreciated. If you stay here and we recommend you do, we hope you get the pleasure of being hosted by Adrian.

The place blew our minds when we stepped into the Bohemian. Such a beautiful and tranquil boutique hotel albeit being in the middle of busy Canggu. We love having a long player and a collection of music vinyl in the room as well as Netflix TV. We love the top-notch hospitality and we thank Adrian for his recommendation of nice restaurants and beach clubs to watch Bali's iconic sunset. We're sincerely grateful for the late check-out since our flight was late at night. We can't wait to be back!

The water splashed everywhere when we took shower and caused the floor wet and slippery.

We felt like we were in a beautiful New York apartment - the art and interior design were beautiful. The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. We ate in the restaurant or had meals delivered to our room- food was excellent. It felt like a peaceful haven in busy Bali.

The lighting could have been better especially in the bathroom. The vibe was dark and moody, but our 'older' eyes needed more light.

Place was huge, very beautiful and unique. Gives peaceful vibes. Receptionist was fanstastic. Ensures your stay was comfortable. Shower and bed was awesome. Big sofa bed and sun bed by the private pool was awesome. Complete kitchenware. Tv with netflix! They had a phone you can use for whatsapp, gojek, spotify etc. Google speaker in the bedroom. Aircon and shower water was good. Room service did a exceptional job. Theres a buggy ride they will give u rides to nearby places which was very convenient. Location was good. I had an enjoyable stay.

At night the lights are not bright enough. A little hard for me to see

The Bohemian Bali is an amazing location, right in the middle of Canggu. It was a 30 min walk from the beach (didn't feel too long, there were so many things to see during the walk) and many many great pubs and restaurants around. The hosts were super nice, they helped us out with everything. One they we had breakfast at the hotel, we felt like kings.

The only thing I could say is that the shower was a bit slippery after you took a shower. One day I fell on my back. There was a construction next to it, but it started late, you could sleep until late without being disturbed and it is quite common in Canggu wherever you go.
