We have stayed in most of the cabins over the months we spent in Bali here in this property. This was our favorite value for money with the setting we desire and a great quality of experience. It was very quiet. We like that the rooms have views outward onto rice fields. The spaces are simple and have just what we needed, a porch, a desk, mesquito netting, and very sweet staff. The spaces are always clean.

The bathrooms need more airflow and natural daylight, poor drainage in some, some of the cabins and porches have those terrible cold light bulbs that make the lighting unusable if you care about the aesthetic of your place and experience. I'm being very knit picky but these would be great things to fix.

A wonderful guest house. The sound of cascading water on the rice field infront of the room was amazing to wake up to after an overnight rain. The staff is fantastic. Location was ideal for me: -very short drive to (black sand) Munggu beach and local restaurants -shirt drive to Pereneran beach -not too close to Canggu -most nights were wonderfully quiet nights (while the others were interrupted by neighbourhood control and things out if the guest house's control). -nice bathroom and shower

I highly recommend this place, but if I had to criticize: -no natural light if you keep the door closed to keep mosquitos out and the artificial light is also poor -not a great place for solo travelers to meet new people -some places with a similar price have breakfast included

It's such an amazing living experience. We get so lucky that we lived in a private villa with private pool, two buildings and a kitchen. (It's very suitable for family trip. You can get separate space with your family members haha) The view in front of our house is amazing, you can see the rice field, palm trees and super starry sky at night. Living in the wooden cottage, We feel like we were grounded in the universe, which is a very unique feeling I never had before. The bed is clean and comfortable. In terms of location, the villa is actually in munggu, not in canggu, kind of like a countryside. However, it just takes nearly 15 mins to go to canggu by motorbike, which is very convenient! Staff are very nice as well. They are very helpful in helping us to rent the motorbike and provide us space to rest given we check out already. We made friend with one of the staff Cindy. She is a very friendly and amazing person, providing a lot of tourist attraction information to us, which helps us explore the area in a more locally authentic way. Besides a lot of bugs in the cottage, living in victory munggu definitely a five-starred experience. highly recommended and definitely come back!

There are so many bugs!!!! You can see many caterpillar, gecko or some unknown worms in the bathroom, pool and even kitchen table. But maybe it's a very natural&organic-oriented place, everything is very WILD here.

I used to live nearby and I have always loved the area which is still quiet and authentic (I don't know for how long it is going to be) The staff was super helpful, I got sick and Made was very kind to help me with everything I needed. I'll be back :)

We loved the setting with the views of the rice paddy’s. The rooms were lovely and had really comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the pool. It’s about 25 minute walk to Seseh beach and 40 minute walk into Pererenen or a short bike ride to anywhere in Canggu. There were lots of little cafes nearby too.

Nothing

Very cozy place in Munggu (15 min by scooter from Canggu). In 7 min by scooter you can go to a nice beach to see the sunset. It is near the center of Munggu where there are warungs and mini marts. The place is very clean (and daily cleaned by the staff) and each bungalow has a balcony facing the rice fields. The staff is kind and helpful.

We found 2 cockroaches but it is inevitable being in the middle of nature and rice fields

Just could have done with another pillow but hotel staff gave us more as soon as I asked room gets a lil dark at night

location was perfect if you’re after some peace and quiet, away from the main streets/ buzz of the area. bed was comfortable, shower strong.

the pillow cases were stained- so that was a wee bit gross. wish that there was more natural light coming through the room. a fan in the room might come in handy when you want fresh air but don’t want to turn the Aircon on when you have window and door open.

We liked that it was a balinese style building and overlooked fields and had a small but perfect pool.Close to all the places we needed to visit.
