Nice room made of wood. Good bed and good airco, nice staff very helpful with arranging a trip to tangkoko National park and tunan waterfall. At dinner and breakfast we got a lot of fruit. Swimmingpool on 5 minutes walking distance . Very nice viewpoint if you follow the sign selfie spot

They decided what we had for meal, there was no menu to choose from. We had tuna for lunch and also next day for dinner and it was also in the fried rice. Tuna tasted not okay not great . If you book the daytrip to tangkoko make sure you have towel Ana swimcloth with you. There will be a lunchbreak of 3 hours and then is swimming in the sea a nice thing to do.

The manager Olly was super helpful, she arranged our visit to the Tangkoko National Park, and the following day she suggested ideas of where to go, and organised a driver for us to visit: 1/ Paal Beach (with lunchboxes), 2/ a local spa in Bintung and 3/ (my request) we stopped to buy some exotic fruits on the way back! Food-wise it is a bit like a homestay: we were asked when we planned to have lunch or dinner, and were served each time different, tasty Indonesian meals, with fresh fruits for dessert. The 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a Canangan room, mattresses were comfortable, we had aircon, wifi and the view on the garden + mountain was stunning. Also the room and everything was super clean.

It's worth knowing the resort is a little isolated, meaning you need a car to go around.

I stayed 2 nights at Botanica Nature Resort for a visit to Tangkoko National Park. Olly, Winda and Romy were very nice. They did their very best to add more to my visit with a Bitung tour and afterwards we went to a festival. This huge party with thousands of people was super fun, lots of live music, and a little dancing. The room was small but the AC worked and kept it comfortable. Olly is a great cook. She prepared very tasty local dishes. They organized a private guide for the Tangkoko Park for me. So nice to return from my park hike and find them waiting for me, ready to make my dinner. It really felt like coming home 😊.

the wild fire smoke was not good. I was told they only cut and burn during September & October so my bad luck.

The location was great, beautiful area and building, very calm and relaxing. The staff was lovely and welcoming. The food was in very large quantity.

We liked a bit less the food (which was anyway completely fine, just a bit less tasty than in other places we stayed). We noticed quite a lot of geckos glued on the wall as the paper wall was not covering all the glue, which was quite sad to see

Everybody was so helpful at the property which sits in extensive beautiful gardens with great views. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. One day my wife was feeling under the weather and Olly at the property was so kind and helpful with nothing being too much trouble for them.

Nice garden, great view over the city at viewpoint! Olly was very friendly and helpful, and she arranged good trips for us. The food was good and we had a great time!

The rooms are a bit noisy but the beds and airco are perfect

Olly was really good looking after me as a solo female traveller. She accompanied me to a lovely local waterfall (definitely worth visiting!) and connected me to trustworthy guides and drivers to ensure safety. This was massively appreciated! Thank you!

In the full day tour they leave you 3h in the beach between walks and with not so much to do. Its not fault of the lodge but i think is interesting to know
