We went to stay a night and enjoyed the afternoon in the swimming pool with cocktails, great views, great service and later dinner was delicious which exceeded my expectations. At night we enjoyed a very comfy bed and I was sleeping very deeply when we had to leave due to a personal urgency we had to attend. So we missed breakfast and enjoying a morning relaxing in the restaurant or the gardens.

The rooms are fine but would need a bit of maintenance to keep them looking good.

Beautiful cottage overlooking the ocean and coastline. We basked in the infinity pool and marveled in bliss over the incredible views. Just as mentioned in the reviews, the cottage is a quite a distance from the main drag of Kuta which makes it well situated for visitors looking to enjoy calm scenery away from any bustle. We were excited about this prospect and didn't mind the time it would take to reach kuta/other destinations from Tunak, however, it came as a surprise to us that there is no Grab/Gojek anywhere on the island! Initially we were apprehensive and felt stranded, but quickly took to learning how to drive a motorbike. We ended up LOVING exploring within 1 hour radius of the cottages by motorbike and coming back to our isolated refuge each night <3. In all, Tunak Cottages was an excellent stay. It is especially great those looking for isolated refuge from hustle and bustle, but is also great for those who want to explore the island and are comfortable driving motor bike. Finally, staff was also incredibly nice and accommodating. Thanks for everything!

A quiet place to stay, with no shops or restaurants nearby but a restaurant on site. Right at the entrance to the Bio park, you can hire a scooter from Tunak Cottage to scoot around the bio park and see the amazing beaches. Nice little cottages, the infinity pool has amazing views across the bay.

If you love cats, then you’ll be happy with them meowing through every dinner time meal and sitting under the table tickling you with their tails.

This location is a must to visit. Such beautiful special spot away from any hustle and bustle. Bring your favourite book and just chill out. The staff are so beautiful and kind, especially Mity, Iryan (I hope that’s spelt correctly sorry) and the reception team too ( I forget their names sorry). The food was delicious, you have to try the prawn and lemongrass sauce! The facility’s are fair for the price point. Thank you again!

A very quite place far from the crowd, all day you just hear the sound from the waves and the singing pigeon including the beautiful view from our room we did fall in love. Everything is perfect. What I most love from Tunak Cottage is the hospitality the love the friendly smile on their faces from everyone who work at Tunak Cottage. That made us feels like coming home. Service is at their best everything we ask them they did their very best to help us. Bravo guys!

Nothing everything was perfect. When I booked this room I didn't even notice there was no TV in this room.. When we arrived we stayed for 3 days the last day we noticed that there was no TV in our room. We noticed because there was a final game from Indonesia against Thailand. The other days we just enjoyed the view the place the people that we even forget the materials what we thought we needed.

The bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing and it’s nice to have a little balcony. Great for a relaxing trip.

No fridge in the room. The hotel is a little bit far away from everything so you need to rent a scooter and drive minimum 20 minutes to find something.

The views are sensational! To wake up looking out over the bay was amazing and the pool area was lovely. Friendly helpful staff & a great breakfast included too. A great place to relax & unwind

The rooms are very close to each other so if you have noisy neighbours like I did a couple of nights it's annoying but that's not the fault of the property.

The place is located far from the crowd. We love the silence. All we hear was the sounds from nature. We even had a beach for ourselves a private beach. If you like fishing it's a perfect place. Very close to Tunak Cottage you walk down to the beach for a swim or throw a line out. Very very friendly people at Tunak Cottage. Their smiles on their faces made us missing the place right now. Definitely when we visit Lombok again we go stay at Tunak Cottage again, no need another Hotel!

Everything from the excellent, friendly, considerate staff to the amazing view from our room and the surrounds. The food was excellent and my dietary requirements easily catered for. The pool was clean and the bed super comfy.

The bathroom was fully functional but could perhaps do with a refresh. It doesn't deter us from wanting to come again soon.

It is so nice in this place. The room and view from the room is just amazing. The staff is amazing. The beach nearby is very nice, the water is calm and pleasant for swimming. The hotel is in the national park, so you can do hiking and explore some other nice beaches there. I miss so much this place
