This resort was out of this world! When we came it was new years eve, the resort made a special intimate new year celebration for the guest with the staffs and invited some locals to perform! There were dancing, drinks, fireworks - an unforgettable experience. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. They even arranged a driver to send us back to the airport on our last day and gave us one last stroll in town. Ofcourse, there wasn’t any connection but we were briefed well by the staffs and we knew from the past reviews. Great place to unplug and disconnect!

Amazing location and wonderful staff

The setting is amazing- beautiful hut right on the beach with very comfortable bed and fabulous views. Very tranquil setting and great to unwind. It was great to be surroounded by natural vegetation and this was the most exquisite setting in our entire trip on Lombok

Wifi is available at an additional charge - while it's great for a digital detox, at the cost of the resort this should be included. The food is very expensive for what you get - while I get that it is remote and more expensive to run, the food costs are unjustifiable for the quality. It's all tasty enough but just too expensive.

Amazing location, directly on the beach with an unhindered view of the sea. Everyone has a house, with a big bedroom and a big bathroom. Dinner and breakfast in a separate building, also with a view. THE absolute best thing about this place is that it’s just 11 villas and no one else.

Nothing. It’s good for people who expect five star city style that some things are different here. There is WiFi (new) but not strong. So don’t expect it in your room. The location is so isolated and quiet that there is no regular electricity but a generator and solar. So electricity is turned off a few hours every day. The restaurant has a small menu, good, with wine, but don’t expect five star dining. Overall, this is an amazing nature experience with peace and quiet.

Idyllic location, private beach with beautiful surroundings. Room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. It was quiet and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The staff were sincere and kind, we especially like chatting with Norris:)

Food was over priced and the quality didn’t match the price. We arrived in the afternoon not having eaten and were starving, planning to get something when we arrived with some friends. We were informed the restaurant would not open till 7.30 pm. I think it’s important the property mentioned this to people before travelling there.

The secluded location close to nature. Beautiful location right at the sea. Fantastic view. Quiet, the feeling of being off the grid. Part of that was because of the fact that electricity and WiFi isn’t available at all times. This is rare these days and we loved it! Food was very delicious and staff very sweet and caring. Very peaceful and zen.

Unfortunately, the beach gets a lot of plastic from the ocean, like many other beaches in Indonesia. The JEEVA team works very hard to keep the beach clean but it’s very hard since people in Indonesia and around the world keep throwing their trash into the water. Most plastic that you see at the beaches around Indonesia comes from western brands such as Unilever, Danone, Colgate, P&G and comparable Indonesian big companies).

Fantastic scenery from every bungalow, a truly private beach and absolute escape from reality. The bungalows are quite spacious with super comfy beds. Whilst the food is basic, there is sufficient choice at a reasonable price. The hotel crew is superhelpful and will make sure you get what you need.

This is not disadvantages, but rather observations: There is very little light inside the bungalows, so after the sun goes down, which is around 6.30pm, there is little you could do rathen then read and watch downloaded movies. I would suggest to consider switching to adult-only hotel, as the place is great for a getaway from it all, and there is nothing to do for kids. Whilst my 4-year older enjoyed the place, i find this reasonable to allow stays for kids over 8 or 12 not to spoil tranquility and silence :)) The location is very secluded, the nearest shop is quite a drive away, so make sure you have every essential you need

Plain perfect. The beach is insane, the staff super kind, the location just perfect, the food very very good. You feel spoiled and pampered all the time. The room is beautiful, facing the Ocean and falling asleep with the sound of the waves as background. Simply magic. It is the jungle, tho - animal sounds are there too, and you may have to pay attention to the monkeys locking the room when you're not in there. But I mean, that's part of its charm.

The location is very special and truly a gem

Absolute lack of overall management of property and staff. Delivery of good guest experience really an issue here. Few examples: No coffee in the room, lunch / dinner menu very limited, not changing and quality truly disappointing, no electricity and WiFi majority of the day,…. It is all about the location, but not convenient to stay. Staff doing their upmost best / super friendly, but seem lost and are not managed.

(+) The scenery was surreal; beautiful beach, soft sand, magnificent sunrise, breathtaking stars & milky way (+) dinner and breakfast were good (+) using solar panel

(-) access from main gate to reception was really bad, coarse road. They should have mentioned to avoid driving city cars. However, actually overall access (from village's portal) to the hotel was significantly better than years ago. (-) we checked out when the electricity generator was off, so it was hard to get signal for edc machine to pay with card. They should have mention earlier to prepare some cash or make payment during the electricity was on. (-) this is personal, but I was a little bit scared to hear the sound of the waves at night. And don't forget to bring jackets as it got very windy in the afternoon and at night.
