The hotel's location is great. We didn't have breakfast there. The value for money is very good. The hotel's staff were helpful and kind.

We had stayed here for 5 days and we came back for second time for 1 day for transit. For our second time stay we requested for a late check out, but the staff said they had to charge any hour of late check out. Since we had already stayed in the hotel 6 days (5 days + 1 day) in total, they could have given us at least 2-3 hours for late check out, but they didn't. In the end we had to book one more extra day.

Need to improve on Cleaning the Room and bathroom to be more sparkling. No Room service on Sunday. Air refreshener was pumping aerosol automatically but later the staff helped to remove it. Thanks Bli!

A quite new hotel, clean and in good position in Denpasar. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

Wifi wasn't too bad but it was giving me issue with some kind of web services (like AWS and others). I ended up working for two days with my phone data. In the early morning for two days in a row I woke up with shouting of children playing around, and due to high little windows impossible to cover when going to bed I had the external lights direct on my face.

I loved everything. The place and room was comfortable and clean. The staffs were helpful. I stayed for a few days and they cleaned my room everyday. Management was good.

Their breakfast was okay. The lights were not bright but it wasn't a problem.

It was however in the middle of Dempasar and very busy with very few tourists, which was down to my lack of research. If I wished to stay in a hotel near to the main airport I would have no hesitation in recommending this one.

Organised pick up from airport from late flight in. Really spacious room with fridge & kettle. Nice pool.

Location, not near to many amenities but if you had your own transport this wouldn't be a problem, in fact mid way between coasts.

If you closed the bathroom door the light from the hallway would shine through the window they had placed which was right where my head was located while laying on the bed.

The room that we got was spacious and clean, and we really liked the balcony. The bed/mattress was comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and professional. In my opinion, the location is good, it's close to many places. Despite it's in the center of the city, when we were in the hotel, it was never noisy.

there was one confusion about booking, where I had booked through booking.com to extend my stay (confirmed price) but then hotel informed me different price. ended up going with booking.com price anyway. the confusion was inconvenient though. for early check-in they charge 50k idr per hour. I was 3hrs early so I paid 150k idr. was no big deal. I could be wrong but before I checked out I saw a laminated hotel policy sign in room saying that early check-in rate was 100k idr.
