The room was superb. Clean and space was just nice. The amenities in the room was complete. The front desk officers were a great help. Friendly and respectful.

No shopping or malls in the area but not a major issue. We were able to call for grab food or room service.

Recently opened property, thus impeccably clean. However, just like every Jakarta based hotel, the question is: How long will the management maintain this standard of hygiene? That'll be the main challenge. Hopefully the housekeeping and maintenance recruitment will be strictly professional. The front desk staff were quite outspoken.

The housekeeping didn't look particularly promising and the place all in all is still understaffed.

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, rooms, and also the service was excellent. We have some issue with the cleanliness of the sofas and dining chairs, and it was resolved right away by the management. I would say that their customer service was the highlight of the stay. Overall it was a very good stay.

The sofas and the dining chair were dusty and giving us itchy skin. We told the management about the issue and they resolve it right away by taking all the sofas and chairs to be deeply clean. After that, it does not give us itchy skin anymore. But unfortunately, our 3 month old baby got eczema which we suspect was from that, as later on we went to our paediatrician and it was confirmed it was an allergy from dust. It took our baby weeks to heal from the eczema :(

We're here for big family staycation. We booked 4 units with some 3 bed rooms units, studio and 2 bed rooms unit. The living room is spacious with big dining table so 17 of us were able to gather in 1 unit with the biggest living room. We appreciate no party policy from the hotel, it prevents noise from neighbour units.

It might be full house at that time but no one in pool area to guard nor to ask for pool towel. There were none at all. There was a phone to call to ask for the towels in case they are not available near the pool and got answered a couple of times that the towels will be delivered but no one came.

The welcome from the reception was kind, warm and efficient. I had asked for a high floor and a city view, first visit to Jakarta, and that is what my daughter and I got, without upgrading. It was marvellous out on the balcony watching the evening lights. The bedding was crisp, white and wonderful the pillows were great and they sent up more when we asked. Our flight was delayed the next morning so we had the entire morning there: the breakfast buffet was amazing. It was so good to have fresh green salad, chicken and veg soup, stir fry vegetables, chicken done traditionally, and poached egg as well. The avocado toast was disappointing though….sweet somehow. It was good to have cutlery, dishes, though we didn’t really use them except for the kettle to make our tea in the mugs.

We had planned a swim in the pool but it was a little too cold for us. Lovely area though, the F Floor.

I had an outstanding experience with the service staff, who provided exceptional assistance throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure my comfort. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and their professionalism was evident in every interaction. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive. Their positive attitude and commitment to excellent service truly made my experience memorable. I felt valued and well taken care of, and I’m grateful for their attention to detail and care.

While my overall experience was excellent, the location of the service could be considered slightly inconvenient. It took a bit longer to reach than I initially expected, and the surrounding area didn’t offer many immediate conveniences. However, this is the only drawback I encountered. Once I arrived, the service more than made up for the extra effort. The staff's dedication and professionalism created a positive atmosphere that made up for the location’s less-than-ideal aspects. If the location were more accessible, it would truly elevate the entire experience, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of the service provided.

View and the pool were very nice. Our suite had 3 bedrooms and actually 4 beds that could facilitate 5 persons. Convenience store in the building was perfect but also a large supermarket at 5 min walking distance. Staff was excellent and services for rental of car and driver were excellent inc payment facilitated by the reception. Communication via Whatsapp was also very convenient. Large malls were only 20min drive.

Restaurant was quite mediocre. Access road to the hotel was very busy.

From the front desk staff to the cleaners. They are making you feel at home. When you arrive they know your name and greet you frendly. This is a place of rest. They dont have a sitdown restorant yet, but you can grab and go and it is so easy. A million times thank you especially to the front desk staff. Fajri, Riana, Julia that welcomed us back when we went out for a fiew days, Zacky, Adji, Iis was always so frendly and Boris, dont forget the houskeeping and security...Dimas, Iqbal, Eko, Syahrul, Wahyu, Karisman, Supriyanto and Risky. Sometimes the costomers when they arrive or go where loud, but it is notthe problem ofthe hotel.

Excellent Hotel, clean, great security, new furnishings, absolutely amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning at the hotel was great and all air conditioning and facilities worked brilliantly. Great location too, I would definitely recommend!

We had to pay extra for an extra bed which worked out to be quite an expensive add on.

I don't think I have ever given a 10 rating before but this place certainly deserves it. That's not to say it's perfect but very very good. I booked the small 1 bed apartment and was allocated an 11th floor unit overlooking the mosque. As a result of the call to prayer I really didn't sleep well. I asked if they could move me and not only did they do so to 22nd floor (of 38!) but they gave me a free upgrade to the 2 bed unit. Super friendly and helpful staff!! The flat was immaculate. WiFi fast. Netflix accessible. Balcony with view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super hot water with nice towels and complimentary toiletries as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was well fitted and everything worked as it should. It has a great gym, swimming pool and steam room. Not sure what more one could ask for.

The location is a bit far from the tourist stuff in Jakarta but that's mainly down to the traffic and there's a train station right outside the building. Didn't eat breakfast as the menu is limited but I had a kitchen so no problem for me! More expensive than other apartments in the ity for sure but worth every penny in my opinion
