Room is good but beddings are old and stained. Food is good, always vegetables with bit of meat :) But that's already a good deal given the affordable room rates. Staff are SO friendly and helpful. What's important is I slept well each night. Don't expect too much, but it's quite decent

Smell of smoke enters my room every time even though I chose a NON-Smoking room. You can hear the movements of chairs on top floor. This is not the best place if you wanted a cosy stay or if you're picky with food and ambiance.

the hot water is not hot, not even warm, when I take a shower at night it's not that pleasant though

Bianca the lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional. She assisted me many times when I needed help. She was a great help. She also had a beautiful smile :)
