i really like all of the stuff in the room. large smart tv, and there is a sink for washing dishes, refrigerator. and their bathroom is superb! all hot water from the shower makes me relax. we really had a great stay here. and most of all, we love the breakfast! you should try their breakfast menu!

unfortunetaley we had a room under the rooftop, which they celebrate and party for new year. i can’t be mad bcs all of the people excited for celebrate new year. but turns out it proof that the wall not really soundproof.

+ great location + nice interior design + even when we do not have views, there are still greeneries outside of the window. Calming.

- the bathroom is quite dark, not ideal for doing make up - there is a hood in the room, thought it supposed to have a cooking hob also. Instead, there is a hole below the hood. Would be nice if the hob is there. - the breakfast main course menu is underwhelming. The buffet side dishes are much more interesting with many local snacks and selections.

The area. The architecture. The proximity to areas I’m interested in. The design sensibilities. I’ve stayed at Artotel before in a different area. I think this one tops it, at Kuningan. The team also prepared a birthday decoration as requested, which I liked. The room service was quick. The area’s quiet enough and not as traffic congested as I thought it would. Overall, worth it. Would come again.

A lovely boutique hotel with great staff and superb service, in a good location. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and we especially loved the wall of outside plants that surrounded it.

There was a construction site next door, but the staff told us about it as we checked in, gave us earplugs (not needed) and offered to change our room to the other side after the first night. Notthing they could do about the noise, but as guests we felt very well looked after.

This hotel is well-located in an area with lots of embassies. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and its rooftop bar offer good food and drinks, there is a good choice of breakfast options. I stayed in a Studio 25 and found the room to be well-equipped with pleasant design (the latter goes for the hotel as a whole, too).

Nice clean property with new fixtures and fittings. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great for me as was close to friends we were visiting. Area surprisingly quiet for being in the city and surrounded by construction.

As per photos the room is a little small but that was reflective in the price. It would be good if they had a cavity slider door for the bathroom it would make it easier to access the bathroom.

I stayed here for work. The staff was not the most responsive ever. I asked for receipt to be sent to my email and never received it til' now. The room was clean etc but perhaps a bit too expensive for the value and its located in such a congested road.

cozy, clean and smelled very good staff were friendly and helpful good for travelers with light baggage in a very safe area

the construction next door can be problematic for light sleepers the toilet “mat” 😅 I was confused whether to leave it on the floor inside the bathroom or outside because it blocked the door if I had left it inside 🥲 check out time was 12PM on the itinerary but around 11-11:15 AM, the receptionist called me and told me the check out time was 11-11:30 something I couldn’t hear well.

It is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant/meeting point. You can sit and work if you like. Staff is extremely friendly Rooms are quiet and there is everything you need

Great boutique hotel, reasonable value for the area too. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff. Rooftop bar.

The gym didn't look like it was fully kitted out, I don't think there was even a bench. Light sleepers should be aware that there's construction on three sides of the building as of Dec 2022. The hotel provided foam earplugs and moved me to the quieter side when a room was available.
