A lovely hotel with some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast in particular was amazing!

Overall it’s a very luxurious experience, definitely on par with what you would expect from Four Seasons. We loved staying here. The staff is phenomenal - everyone we encountered was kind and very helpful. Also not uptight, which is a big plus. Concierge desk was ready to help with anything we needed. The room was large, spacious and very convenient, especially for two people working remotely. The place is spotless, everything was super clean. We asked for a room with nice view and got a great panorama of Jakarta. Alto restaurant on the 20th floor is a must-try.

There’s a mosque nearby and the prayers are very loud. You can also hear the nearby highway. But the hotel does provide earplugs. Four Seasons is in the nicer part of Jakarta but it’s difficult to walk anywhere - you have to take a car (more of a Jakarta problem).

Four Seasons is always a great experience, the brand is a statement for itself especially I have been to the Four Seasons in Qatar as well so I know anytime I stay in Four Seasons it's Quality... but I must say that Four Seasons Jakarta was one of my best experience so far especially the Staff just amazing, friendly, give good recommendations always with a smile. And a special thanks to the team Billie the waiter, Kevin service supervisor, Raden the Barista who made my Dragon Fruit Juice everyday :) and Novan who was in charge for my morning Cappuchino and Reggy who always took care to oversee if things are good and to my liking just amazing! Can't wait to be back.

Nothing bad to say, so there is nothing I didn't like. Four Seasons is perfection.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

It was extremely disturbing to be asked such a strange question as what did you use in the minibar when checking out. It was absurd that I paid so much more than city standards and that such a quality chain asked this question. What was even more absurd was that after I told them I ate chocolate, they asked me what percentage of cocoa contains the chocolate I ate because there were two types of chocolate. If this is so important to you, I think you should get this information from your employees, not from your customers who are waiting for a taxi to go to the airport.

Everything but especially the service. Every single interaction we had - from check-in, room service, breakfast - was amazing. Really difficult for any company to achieve this consistently high level of service so well done Four Seasons and thanks to everyone who made our (short) visit so enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

the staff were very polite and attentive. they made our stay very comfortable. the quality of food and location of the hotel is excellent. our room size was perfect.

unfortunately there wasn't enough coffee capsules placed in the room, and we felt very uncomfortable to keep asking for more. also being a cigar smoker, at night, the designated smoking area was in a very dark and unconvenient ambience.

Four season hotel Will always be one of the best hotels in the World, we always stay at this hotel all around the world, the service, the breakfast, the food and the spacious rooms are excellent, my boyfriend was also not feeling so well, they send us immidiatly a nurse and gave us advice for medication, they made us have the breakfast in the room and gave us a late check out, so we can rest, it was really the best service we had, thank you so much again for everything

Most likely the best four-season i stayed in so far. all staff speaks very good English supportive with big smile! Room is well designed and huge in size. the Pool is so relaxing and quite yet has nice city views like an oasis, Spa is one of a kind with skilled staff

The location is off the other major area with no any malls around unlike other hotel in Jakarta

Everything. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Beautiful interior, incredible room and wonderful staff. It has THE most incredible breakfast including pastries the finest French bakeries would be proud of. The widest selection of top quality food, I've ever seen. Such a stunning hotel. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Honestly, it was just the best all round.

They allowed smoking in the bar, albeit it was air conditioned and had extraction. I simply don't want to breathe in other people's smoke.
