We had a comfortable room which offered great views across Jakarta. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was good too - with a selection of options to choose from. There's also a bar with separate seating where you can relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring.

The place is looking a little 'tired' but that's more decorative than anything else. The safe in our room didn't work, which was inconvenient, but no biggie. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it.

For the umpteenth time, my stay at Fave LTC Glodok was truly exceptional, even amidst the ongoing pandemic. This time, however, I noticed a few improvements that made my experience even better. The improvements in the breakfast, excellent service, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and ideal location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I do realize that actually i take the wrong decision to stay here, but in fact, i get the most wanted to stay i.e the food is good, the bed is comfy and clean every day, so i guess next time will take this hotel for stay longer with our team.

As I mention that we do expecting to stay on top of supermarket for clothes food etc, but we found out the other market and shops, but nice to stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable with a big bathroom and hot water. Breakfast was very good both local and European.The room was cleaned really well considering I didn't ask.

The aircon was leaking water but I noticed they were fitting new ones in other rooms so probably it was just a question of time The entrance is difficult to find but taxi driver took us to the door

Everything feels homey here since we often come here; the staff is friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable.

Sometimes there are small cockroaches, but it's not a problem, though.

Poor maintenance, smell from toilet, sink couldn't be filled when I wanted to shave due to leaking stopper.

The buffet breakfast is good, lots of options: coffee, fruit, bread, fish, rice, noodles, eggs.... The bed was confortable. Good location.
