Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Trolly staff member mister Budi, is so friendly and so helpful. Restaurant staff miss Vale is super friendly and gorgeous woman 🥰. Food and service is great! My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits. At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone. Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job. AAA+++

The hotel location was directly in the heart of Jakarta, just across it there is a TransJakarta bus station so it was easy for us to go somewhere with public transport. Room was clean and the breakfast was grand for a 4 stars hotel. There was so many things to choose, local and international selections.

The water pressure in the showers could've been better. Hotel is located next to the MRT Jakarta project, so the road in front is chaos, it'll be better in couple years when the project is done.

We stopped for a night in Jakarta before continuing our journey and had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, elegant, and clean. We dined at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was good. The large window in the room, which allowed us to see Jakarta from above (we were on the 20th floor), was very beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because we were just passing through, but it seemed nice.

The restaurant offered various choices of what to eat, but all were very local. For a 4-star hotel, it would be better to provide a few more 'European' alternatives, especially for breakfast. However, nothing too dramatic.

comfortabel room. clean. nice personel. great view over the city from the 26th floor. Delicious Pisang goreng with strings of cheese on it. good bed. relaxing swimming pool.

windows are not sound proof. so the mosque and traffic will be in the background. in the evening it's not nice to sit on the terras as there is a lot of noise from the airco vent from next door hotel

The staff is friendly and polite and clean very quit and very helpful

Every things is fine was only issue the shower was leaking and when you had shower all the floor is flooded with water and have to ask the housekeeping to clean the floor they couldn’t move into their place due to the unavailability

Receptionist are wonderfull..restaurant team is one of the best teams ever ..VALEN..MULANA..RISKA..ALLL GUYS ARE WONDERFULL food is good and location is fine.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and welcoming. king deluxe room was very modern, nice and comfortable. The Dinner was Amazing and the breakfast was really good.

I would have liked a bit more of a western breakfast choice there is only omelette and weird chicken and beef sausages that are more like a hot dog franfurts the rest is stuff i would eat for dinner not for breakfast.

Rooms.were a good size and in good condition. Central location

Unfortunately the 22nd floor lounge was being used for a conference so there was nowhere to get a drink other than the restaurant on the ground floor which wasn't really set up for somewhere to just have a drink.

The breakfast was awesome , the buffet type breakfast could fit to almost kind of taste for people around this world. I had two times the breakfast and the coffee smell is so great. I had 2 cup of it. The staffs in the morning restaurant,all carry smiles , the manager even greet me and smile for me few times, thumb up for him. The hotel floor is look very modern with interior design won't be disappointed. Even the room interior design is modern (for me, others I don't know) When I start check in , a cute friendly receptionist and her name is Ms Tiara's , she very polite to me and even can crack a jokes with me when I'm doing the procedure to check in and she offer me a Apple Juice from the fridge as welcome drink. Even other staffs is very polite too , definitely can give more than 4 stars to them. Thumb up to the hotel team especially the one that manage the team.

Nothing that I don't like

- Good location - Clean room - Friendly staff who were happy to oblige with any requests - Large choice at breakfast (western options a bit limited, but better than most hotels we’ve stayed at in Jakarta)

- Had to request toilet paper a few times. It seems it isn’t replenished as standard during the room cleaning.
