I had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta Menteng in Jakarta. The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable environment. What impressed me the most was the exceptional value for money — the per-night rate was incredibly reasonable considering the high standard of the hotel and its strategic location in the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was truly fantastic, with a wide variety of options catering to all tastes, including plenty of authentic Indonesian dishes that gave a real sense of the local cuisine. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I return to Jakarta!

A minor point of improvement would be to ensure closer attention to preventing mold in the toilets, but beyond that, everything was perfect.

I changed my hotel 3 times and I'm glad I did, this hotel is good value for money, the facilities are excellent, in fact so good that the Pope stayed there on his visit to Indonesia, I did see him in reception when I went down to breakfast. The food was good, the staff were excellent, the location was great, close to the centre of Jakarta, a 20 minute walk into the city centre. this would be my first choice of hotel if I decided to visit Jakarta again.

There were only a couple of things that could have been better, as a couple we ordered food at the same time, however they didn't bring the meals out together, for me this wasn't good, however it was dealt with quickly. Some of the drinks advertised on the menu were not available, not too much of a problem but worth mentioning.

Nice atmosphere, nice pool area and great staff. Great breakfast. The Italian restaurant on the premises is also really nice, also with great staff. Manager Tria always recognises me and gives me excellent service, and so does his staff. A nice hotel with (how I perceive it) reasonably good (outside) air quality for Jakarta. The gym seems reasonably well equipped for a hotel gym.

I couldn´t adjust the temperature in my room and it was very cold. However, I believe in most rooms you can adjust the temperature. I was just unlucky that I couldn´t in my room. Previously they had more Western food at the breakfast such as pancakes, and several kinds of cheese, but I couldn´t find that during my last visits, but the breakfast is still great.

The balance of old and new is struck with such finesse that you feel enveloped in a cocoon of comfort and sophistication. The staff, ever attentive and courteous, seem to understand the rhythm of this grand old hotel. Their service is a harmonious blend of formality and warmth, as if they too have been a part of Aryaduta's long history. Each interaction is a reminder of the golden age of hospitality, where every guest is treated with the utmost respect and care.

Pool is very nice, checkout isn't until 12, and the buffet breakfast was really good with a range of cuisines. We got a free welcome drink when we arrived. The staff speak good English and are friendly. The room was spacious with multiple facilities such as a mini fridge, wardrobe, bath and television.

Hot tub wasn't that hot - I got cold quickly. Sushi at the buffet tasted refrigerated. Only two lifts, and did not tell you where they were. Ceilings and window were a little short.

Staff was always smiling and welcoming! The breakfast had a wide variety of items to fit different tastes and cuisine. Would have loved more bread variety but overall, it was great! The hotel was close to most attractions but there isn't much to do right around it.

I didn't like the fact that there were no small face and hand towels in the room. Other than that, all was great!

Bread at the breakfast is like it supposed to be. Not that factory toast bread or fall apart as cake bread but real European tasty bread. Staff was freindley and helpfull. Al do the romms furniture is a bit outlived its still quite ok. Bar styed late open and prices of beer etc. are normal

Difficult to get a taxi. Bathrope was missing in the room. Could have been a bit more variation in meat an cheese to put on the bread.

Can't fault this hotel, great value for money and now staying there every time I go to Jakarta. The restaurants are very good with tasty food and fruit juices. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Has a rooftop pool in a city that actually gets some sun so you can get a tan. Clean hotel in an excellent location close to everything in central Jakarta. Best thing is the price- this hotel is great value for money

Gym and spa is still not open from covid! It would be nice if you could get a massage and go to the gym. The pool/outside area closes at 8pm. This is fine if the pool closes at 8pm but it would be nice if you can still sit/eat outside after 8pm. If you can close the pool off but leave an outside area for eating/drink/sitting after 8pm that would be even better, as currently there is no where to sit and get fresh air after 8pm in this hotel.

The hotel is close to Gambir train station. We selected this hotel to catch an early train in the morning and checked in late the night before. We enjoyed the breakfast, broad selection of European and Asian food. The beds are comfortable and AC is working well.

Nothing specific. The hotel is one of the older hotels in Jakarta, however good value for money.

Location and the staff was outstanding. And selection of food.

The hotel was very old need a bit touch of renovation,some of furniture in public space and inside the room are too old. The bathroom still need an update. Wardrobe are so lame and out of style. Less selection of alcohol beverages.
