We can't emphasise enough on how much we loved our stay at this hotel! The location was okay, basically around 7mins (20,000 rupiah) Grab ride from Gondangdia Station. It's also 10mins walk to Plaza Atrium, so it's super easy to find eateries, grocer, and to do a bit of shopping. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has several elevators, so definitely suitable for families with little kids and elderly, or just people with large suitcases. Wi-fi also works well. Our room is has a twin bed and comes with clean towels, hot shower, TV, tea-coffee making combo, bottled water drinks, small fridge, hangars, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The room also has a Quran and praying mat, which are very handy for Muslim travellers. The mosque downstairs is also very clean and spacious. We are obsessed with the breakfast buffet; food is generally good, fresh, and tasty. We are very impressed with the variety of food served during our 4-day stay. We also requested for the ironing service, and we are very satisfied with the service.

We can't find anything to complain about.

The suite room was spacious, and the toilet was spotless and bright. There was a prayer mat and an Al-Quran in the room. Breakfast had a variety of Indonesian foods. Syariah concepts, so it feels safe.

The refrigerator was off. The TV was on mute, and no mute button on the remote; a little bit difficult to turn on the TV speaker. The lift is a little small, but there are three lifts.

Indonesian hospitality is always the best. The hotel is good, staff always smiling and offering help. Even the restaurant staff is friendly and attentive to us. But i think it is indonesian style, even the grab driver will always greet you properly. The hotel also walking distance to Atrium mall and newly refurbished.

The breakfast spread was nice to kickstart our morning in Jakarta. We love the hotel's location being near Gambir station, to board our train to Bandung. As we booked two rooms, one double room for our parents and a 4-bed room for us sisters, both rooms were massive in size, bathrooms are clean with very nice shower.

Everything was perfect and the staff were lovely and helpful!

Located walking distance to national monument, presidential palace, Isaqlal mosque and Gambir station. Though if you have luggage take a taxi to/from Gambir station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room modern, spacious & clean. Everything worked fine. Good breakfast buffet with an egg station. I had one dinner at the restaurant and I enjoyed my meal.

Nothing worth commenting.

Private pool not really so private. When I was swimming there, a husband and his wife came to swim. Its a pool with gender based hours. So the hotel must have a consistency in its rules.

The hotel is just refurbished in 2024 so it looks quite different (in a good way) from the photos posted on Booking.com. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English.

Compared to previous much more expensive hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore I stayed in during my trip, this hotel had the richest breakfast with the biggest choice of local specialties.

Free breakfast, lovely staff, walking distance to the MRT and train as well as most major monuments.

Water on 4th floor was very dysfunctional, warm water sometimes wouldn’t come out of the shower. I don’t think the garden in the picture advertising this place exists, or if it does I didn’t see it.

The location was just what we wanted so we could walk to Gambir Station for taking the express train to Yogyakarta. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety each day and between the days. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to check in very late (3am) due to a delayed flight and the staff held our room for us and welcomed us when we arrived. We will definitely be staying there again when we are back in Jakarta.
