The food was super great. The staff friendly and very supportive/fast response in fixing problem of our room problem as well as our request. The location was great and easy access to any short distance mall and shop. The room is okay and comfortable. Just nice.

The room condition is bit old and under the bed were not cleaned up. The bathroom also a bit old. The bathtub and the toilet seat kinda have a dirty mark. The ceiling also have a water leaking mark. The bed sheet also have a dirty mark and stain.

it was a quick gateway for me. it's near some places so commuting anywhere didn't cost me much as it's completely in the center of everything. the room is okay, the food is fine too.

the water smelled and tasted unusual but i dont think it's anything about the hotel. it wasn't that unpleasant but noticeable. the ac is not as strong so it took some time for the room to be cold.

The bed is nice, hot water is awesome!!

The pillow and bedsheet doesnt looks clean, got some rash from it, the electrical cord is quite unusual position, it doesnt exist next to the side table besides bed, it only exist near the tv area and its a UK standart one not even Indonesian. Hahahahaha

The air conditioner is set to 16 degrees, but it feels like 25/26 degrees. It’s fine, but it would be better if it were cooler.

Good location. We used transport to the airport. Driver was amazing, he deserves a bonus!!!, thanks to him we managed to catch the plane, as traffic jam was huge that time.

There was a reconstruction during our stay. Breakfast was so so compare to other Jakarta hotels in the same price level.

Location not so far from shopping places like tanah abang, thamrin city and grand plaza. Also got masjid just a few minutes walk from hotel. Very good location and good price also

On our visit the elevator sometimes works and sometimes not, luckily our room was only on first floor so we can use the stairs

The staff allowed us to put our bag before check in because we arrived earlier in Jakarta. And she allowed us to check in early.

The room i slept in the aircond is not strong. And no view ven there is a glass window. And i dont like to take bath in the bath tub.

just only one can describe this "amazing hotel" the hospitality , the design, the vibes are perfectly incredible! will back again when I'm back to jakarta
