Lovely hotel, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Free use of Laundry facilities is a great bonus. Staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and on Reception when I arrived back from sightseeing they immediately offered bottles of cold water. Bedroom clean and comfortable.

Shower in bathroom needs small adjustments, the shower head is too heavy and can't be moved. Not a major problem, can be rectified very easily

The staff that attended to us are polite and welcoming. We will like to compliment Saskia & Alifah at the front desk. There is another male staff who attended to us but we are unable to remember his name. But I think they are working as a team for their shift. As they happened to know that my wife birthday is during our stay, a complimentary massage session was arranged for her. Thank you. The room attendants clean up the room when we are away and it was always prefect as though we first step into the room on the first day. Compliments to them too. The laundry room is spacious and all requirements (detergents, iron etc) are readily available.

The staff from the spa seems unaware of my wife's massage session (10am) when she arrived at the spa area. And the spa staff advised my wife to come at a later time (4 hrs later) which was improper as our time was limited to us due to other plans lined up. Probably, communication between front desk and the spa personnel can be improved. But they rectified the situation by having a session ready after 1hr later instead of 4hrs.

this is the first time staying at Ashley Wahid Hasyim Hotel. We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights after 4 days 3 nights in Bandung. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are quite good including free laundry. The first day we arrived feeling very hungry. We went down to this hotel restaurant. Woww the food ordered is very satisfying. something unexpected. The portion was so large that we had to take away to the room. Even black glutinous rice porridge and soup are very tasty. We give 10/10 for the food in this hotel restaurant and also for staff services.. Breakfast every morning is not luxurious but there are many options. Stay appetizing. We also used the gym facilities, which did not disappoint. The cleanliness of the room and toilet is very satisfactory even though the size of the room we stayed in is not as big as a hotel room in Bandung. Sarina mall is a 10-minute walk away. There are also many foodstreets in this area, just walking distance in 10 minutes as well. Nasi padang restaurant Garuda is one of the famous ones also within a walking distance radius of less than 10 minutes. We use bluebird and grab facilities to go to tanah abang, tamrin mall, casablanca mall and other places located less than 10km from hotel. Ashley Wahid Hasyim Hotel did not disappoint us. Friendly front office , received door gifts for check in and check out for my long stayed ,room was upgraded for free and there are the only hotel along the street with bigger lobby ,high ceiling ,enlarge coffee house and pick up and drop in entrance. There are also 3 guest lift for easy mobility There is also a nearby Batik fashion department store.I will stay again next trip.

The Breakfast serving were plenty but choice were limited if you have a long stayed provided we are provided with free food manu

Their staff very friendly and supportive and i give extra credit too the staff working in restaurant counter the guy staff who incharge on 5 and 6 of June very responsible and helping me, many thanks for all staff give the kind services. For sure I will high recommendation to others and my colleagues too.

We recently stayed at the Ashley Wahid Hasyim Jakarta and had an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, with a very central location, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was neat and clean, and the room service was top-notch. A special mention to the reception staff, particularly Esrom and Leony, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Jakarta!

My stay at Ashley Wahid Hasyim was delightful. The staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful, especially Ms. Siska, who made our stay memorable with her attentiveness. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and early check-in, which was much appreciated after a long week. The hotel's aisle had a pleasant scent. The laundry room facilities were a lifesaver. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Not to mention, its central location made exploring the area effortless. The breakfast, while tasty, could benefit from a bit more variety.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even ordered some food for me via their personal phone. Gave a breakfast bag to take as I had an early checkout. Free self laundry facility. Suggested some places we could visit too. I wish I could name all the staff but I can remember Saskia, I hope I spelt it correctly! They have taxi's readily available outside. Doormen were very kind and polite. Even offer you an umbrella if you go out in the rain! Location is very good. Room was cleaned every day without requesting. A prayer room downstairs as well. Very clean hotel. Nice restaurant. Price was very cheap too!

In particular, Yudha at the reception went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Despite the unavailability of the room I had booked, Yudha promptly upgraded me to an executive room, which exceeded my expectations.Moreover, as my stay was primarily for work purposes, I greatly appreciated the outstanding service provided by Indra at the reception. He generously offered complimentary prints, which made my work-related tasks much more convenient.Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff at the Ashley Hotel.
