The staff is welcoming and warm. I loved the decor, the impeccable cleanliness, the huge, very comfy bed...and a huge crush on the swimming pool, more beautiful than I could have imagined. I crossed paths with other super friendly Westerners there, before heading to the station on foot the next day.

Very little access to the city, the windows do not open, the terrace only offers a minimal view on it (apart from the wonderful swimming pool which faces it entirely!). It should be noted that this point is not necessarily negative, given that the city is intense and very polluted (and the hotel has nothing to do with it!).

Staff very friendly, and helped us to book the bullet train from jakarta to bandung. Plenty of free water from the water machine. Location was good for great street food. A nice small pool with comfy loungers

Bathroom needed a little updating cracked sink and old shower curtain, but it all worked. Nothing else I didn't like

The location was great and the meals were fantastic in the restaurant.

The biggest downside for me was the lack of condiments in the dining area. We constantly had to ask for the basic things that complete a meal, such as salt and pepper and butter. Other than that no complaints.

Location of Hotel and ease of moving. Area around hotel has lesser traffic and much accessible

Choice of healthy & high protein food is not much

the team, the breakfast, the pool was good or above average. satisfied. in contrast to other hotels in Jakarta this one looks apart

the gym is small, the AC in the gym is poor.
