everything ... the room was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful - always at hand no matter what time of day, very courteous and polite, the breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice, really a delight having stopped at the Oria:) would stay here again...

didnt realise there was a draw under the kettle station until a staff member brought us the Tea and Coffee and pointed out the draw:( - could do with some sign saying "tea / coffee " in here.. :)

Food is good and of good variation. Veri good location and eating area. Staff are very good and charming. And very friendly too. Great place to stay mainly because its near to Sarinah Shopping. Easy to get transportation.

Room is a little small. Under lighted. Need more light for reading. Should have an armchair too.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to check in 1 day later due to the fault of the airline and I message the hotel to hold on to my room reservation. Respond was quick and they hold on to my room reservation until I check in the next day. Thumbs up to the staff.

Hotel was very clean and smell nice upon entering.. FOM Mr. Christanto was very helpful during our check in. Location was excellent as it was walking distance to Sabang where food was plenty to find. Overall the stay was very pleasant and worth the price we paid.

Fairly cheap and well located hotel with friendly staff. Room was big enough with no views but good to sleep in. Check in and check out were quick.

The only window was the view of a close wall so no views at all. Door lock had no battery so I had to go to reception because I couldn’t open the door at 4 am

Does there have to be a window between the bedroom and bathroom? Because of this, when one of us goes to the toilet at night and switches on the light it wakes the other one of us in bed sleeping!

Good location, easy to go around, grab driver always near by, friendly and helpfull staff especially the door man ‘AGUNG’ he should get a raise! Overall its a good stay, will come again..

Price :) hehe..... all i can say is that this check-in was my first time stay at Oria hotel..... I can guarantee if the price & facility & maintenance of the place remains the same I will become a regular guest in the hotel. Hotel interior & facilities functioned well no funny smell no dirt dust litter anywhere no leaks, from floor to ceiling and wall to wall the hotel was very clean neat & tidy. I would think this hotel just opened, its not a five star hotel but it looks as if the owner or management know their priority and goals, and both staff & employees executing their job-desc well. Service check-in swift, my room and its facility fantastic comfortable clean, can't fault it much.

at this moment nothing really, my priority for booking at Oria was price point, location and comfortability and Oria hotel did not disappoint me. I did not have time to discover breakfast or the other hotel facilities.

- Great location near minimart, nice restaurants and local restaurants. - Confortable bed and nice shower with good temperature and pressure. Safe deposit box, electric kettle and refrigerator - Friendly staff who attend all my request

- Room is small but confy and functional.. Do not put small towels (only big and no bath carpet, si have to ask for it and then orovided - wi Fi not so good. Not able to see Netflix.

The staff of the hotel gave us amazing service all the time. We did not book travel in time, and they called around for us until it was arranged. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and in great location.
