Good location for exploring Jakarta and good value for money Hotel done with a Parisian theme

We had a room over the parking and on the road. It was a little noisy until about 11. Not helped by the doorman yelling instructions every time someone parked! Also, we had celine dion piped music in the hallway one night which was unnecessary. Had to contact reception. Also, petty but they spray air freshener in reception and it is choking. Make sure you have the correct Ashley hotel when ordering a grab as there are a few

I highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is more than adequate, location is great, but the staff is phenomenal!!! From the young man who cleaned my room Ferdy, who was always quick to accommodate my requests, to the breakfast staff that went out of their way to prepare the food exactly how I like it, to the front desk staff who are always pleasant and helpful, to the manager, Winda, who bent over backwards to help me with some Wi-Fi security issues... Great place to stay! Thank you.

great location for food and access to city sights. short walk to shops and many food options, or to bus stop to get to other locations. room clean and beds comfy. staff great.

the smell of the lobby/breakfast area.... they have diffusers blowing a fragrance that is over-powering and to us very unpleasant. maybe some people would like it but to us it was like fly spray and had to cover our noses or hold our breath coming and going. breakfast a bit limited but ok to start the day with plenty of options nearby. but otherwise everything else was fine and i would still recommend the hotel

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is really helpful. And the hotel on a food market street but we did not get a chance to buy some.

There is not much space for parking since the hotel located near food market (i think) so it mostly crowded. We were asked to park beside the hotel but the staff didn't informed us anything and got misunderstood with locals once we want to go out. It will be great if the hotel staff inform the guests beforehand to inform the local parking attendant when they want to go out. The tables and space in restaurant is not much either, sometimes we had to share the table with other guests. And there is a lot of beggar infront of the hotel.

The bed is comfy and the fridge is cool enough. Room climate control works very well. There is alot of street food in Sabang area and great local coffee shop and food. Starbuck is just less than 100meter away only and walking distance from Gedung Sarinah.

There is no cloth closet or cabinet to keep the cloth and the hanger space has limited height when combined with the lugguage cabinet. The cloth is overlapping above the luggage which is very inconvenient. Bathroom floor needs to have water gradient level to avoid the shower splashed water from flooding the bathroom. Dining space is limited but good enough

Near the main road (jalan Thamrin) As we go for CFD (car free day). Many local food stall around the hotel. Friendly staff, & warm welcome attitude from the moment we enter the lobby, reception till we checking out. Clean property Simple & neat furniture

No proper parking for our car, the security helped to get parking slot right in front of property Breakfast typical locals, and the dining hall too tiny to accommodate guests

Very good hotel in a location with plenty of options around for dining and near the main sights of Jakarta. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel on two occasions, during our stay in Indonesia. On the first, the room was a standard room with the common facilities. However, on the second occasion we were given, without any extra charge, a superior room, more spacious and better furnished, e.g. with a fridge. Generally, we have been very satisfied from this hotel.

Breakfast had not many choices for western travellers.

As we are French, we had the impression of being in our country! The decoration was magnificent, especially at the entrance and in the breakfast room. Also, it smelled very good in the hotel! The breakfast was so tasteful and excellent! We really appreciate the pastries "croissant", "pain au chocolat" and the banana bread! Thank you very much! We recommend it!

The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, especially the floor! The view wasn't very nice!

I really love how the location is resided near the main city of Jakarta where it’s near to town areas such as Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City & Plaza Indonesia. As for the airport, it’s only a 40 minutes drive.

I can’t find anything that I do not like about the property as everything has currently reached my expectations from services, cleanliness and facilities.

The cleanliness, the ambiance. The smell at the lobby. Spacious room. The bed and pillow. I slept well and it was the longest sleep I ever had this year. I will definitely try all the Ashley Hotels whenever I'm in town.

My room was located on a smoking floor, due to the unavailability of rooms on a non-smoking floor. The odor is so strong and I really wish they converted the smoking floor to a non-smoking soon.
