As I checked in late night the room, I found some things dirty linen and towels in the room, which I informed the person in charge of the night shift. Somehow I slept because of long flight. On the third day, I met Mr Again, who is the front office manager. He facilitated very professional way and transferred me to a good room. I spent a night and checked out the next day. The staff of F&B were very friendly and hardworking and I enjoyed their service and food. Special thanks to Mr Agian, Head chef, Outlet Supervisor and entire F&B and front team. Hope to see you guys again somewhere in the world… 🙏💕

Location is perfect at the city center. Sarinah Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia shopping mall are nearby within walking distance. Staff are friendly, sweet smile and professional(security at the front door, receptionist, waiter at the breakfast time and housekeeper) Room is cleaned and spacious. Bed and pillow comfortable. The bed is little bit drown, it’s time to change to the firm one. Restaurants, cake shop, public transport are easy to find near the hotel.

The bed is little bit drown. I felt sinking. Food’s variety need to add and rotate at least 4 cycles(breakfast time). I stay for 2 weeks and breakfast is almost the same.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Wahid Hasyim whilst on a short stopover. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding — the front desk team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentive service truly made us feel at home. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long flight. The bathroom was also generously sized and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Situated in the heart of Central Jakarta, it’s close to business districts, shopping centers, and local attractions — making it convenient whether you're in town for work or leisure. Breakfast was a real treat, with a great selection of both local and international dishes. The fresh, quality coffee was a standout and served piping hot. Overall, Holiday Inn Wahid Hasyim exceeded my expectations with its warm hospitality, excellent amenities, and prime location. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

TV a little dated, and bathroom sink draining rather slower than expected, but not too bad.

The hotel was centrally located for my meeting destination knowing how bad the traffics are there. The simple modern deco and shower-ensuite is a welcoming treat along with the generous helping of morning breakfast which are included free in the fees!

The bed sheet and quilt cover - did the hotel really take their laundry seriously? i have never slept on white bed sheets with a greyish tone and burnt iron marks in an international hotel before. And the shower head - it took me at least 20mins to really feel clean as the water comes out in a froth...seriously! and finally i don't mind street noises but room-to-room soundproofing is a serious issue...can't share it here!

The location - just meters away from the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. I love to run/walk on car free day, so this hotel is really a good choice. It’s about 100 meters away from Sarinah, about 20 mins walk to Tanah Abang or Sabang street food area. The room though small, but comfortable and has the street view that I like. Aircond, TV worked well & I love breakfast.

Location is just perfection!! Central, Easy Access, Shopping Mall nearby. I love the pillow in the rooms, firm and comfy. Room and public area are cleaned. WiFi connection fast. Staff so friendly,helping and professional. Estri, lovelyn, ladies and gents at the reception desk(I don’t remember their name but they are so professional). HK team, Laundy team, staff at the restaurant during bfast. Shout out to security team at the front door. Always helping me.

Easy check in, clean facilities my request for 2 single beds was granted. We came late but all my request was granted. The room was big , quiet and spacious. And the best part is free breakfast in the morning nice food choices. I want to commend RAFI your customer service staff very helpful to me he is nice and approachable.

Every is ok but I think pillows and duvets needs washing up since I can smell a bit diff smell not too fresh but I’m ok with it .

The room was super clean and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I also loved how fresh and nice the hotel smelled—it really added to the welcoming vibe. The staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made the stay even better. They were really helpful and made us feel right at home!

I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast selection. It felt a bit limited and didn’t have much flavor. It would be great to see more variety and tastier options in the future

Clean and comfy beds. Location was just right for me. Very nice and helpful staff. Good option for a business trip.

Breakfast was OK but do not expect a lot. Given the hot weather sometimes fruits were not OK. The only minor problem is the car parking in front of the hotel. Sometimes it is so packed that you can hardly pass through them to enter/exit the hotel. Priority should be the pedestrian, not cars. See the photo. I hope management can at least spare a no-car area for people.

Small bugs are constantly around the coffee station in the hotel room. Area is noisy, but that is part of the convenient location. Most staff very friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful, but they didn't keep the hot food hot throughout the morning. Beds were comfortable.
