The hotel was centrally located for my meeting destination knowing how bad the traffics are there. The simple modern deco and shower-ensuite is a welcoming treat along with the generous helping of morning breakfast which are included free in the fees!

The bed sheet and quilt cover - did the hotel really take their laundry seriously? i have never slept on white bed sheets with a greyish tone and burnt iron marks in an international hotel before. And the shower head - it took me at least 20mins to really feel clean as the water comes out in a froth...seriously! and finally i don't mind street noises but room-to-room soundproofing is a serious issue...can't share it here!

The room was super clean and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I also loved how fresh and nice the hotel smelled—it really added to the welcoming vibe. The staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made the stay even better. They were really helpful and made us feel right at home!

I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast selection. It felt a bit limited and didn’t have much flavor. It would be great to see more variety and tastier options in the future

Clean and comfy beds. Location was just right for me. Very nice and helpful staff. Good option for a business trip.

Breakfast was OK but do not expect a lot. Given the hot weather sometimes fruits were not OK. The only minor problem is the car parking in front of the hotel. Sometimes it is so packed that you can hardly pass through them to enter/exit the hotel. Priority should be the pedestrian, not cars. See the photo. I hope management can at least spare a no-car area for people.

Small bugs are constantly around the coffee station in the hotel room. Area is noisy, but that is part of the convenient location. Most staff very friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful, but they didn't keep the hot food hot throughout the morning. Beds were comfortable.

Location was great. Close to shopping mall and easy access. Laundry was very useful and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff were excellent especially Rohani.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but bearable. Although first 3 days before sheets changed it was better. After sheets changed I think a topper was removed. Prefer English breakfast tea rather than Jasmine. Popped over the road for a box of tea bags. View when opening the window was a concrete wall.

I enjoyed the room because it was incredibly spacious, allowing for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was very good, with the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was spotless each day.

The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the modern decor and the attention to detail in the room's design, which made it feel very welcoming.

Location was superb with many food outlets within walking distance Breakfast was great with delicious food everyday Staff was very helpful, courteous and always smiling

As expected for 3star hotel, facilities are limited The gym was good but the self laundry was under maintenance at the time of stay Could do better to maintain and repair promptly. Also please update the system to be able to charge 1st night advance payment as guarantee for all 3 rooms. Mine was charged only 1 out of 3 rooms. I was sent a link for payment for the other 2 rooms. It was worrying and inconvenient to have to confirm if the link was authentic before clicking the payment link. I had to call the Jakarta hotel from Malaysia and call my bank to confirm first on day of travel. Lucky i was travelling on an afternoon flight. Bank confirm that there was nothing wrong for my credit card. (Also used my card in Jakarta) Please check system.

Excellent location a short walk to both old and modern Jakarta.Staff were very friendly.Room was very spacious with good facilities.

The reception staff couldn't find my booking took a while to sort out but found it eventually.Breakfast was adequate but the hot food needed to be replaced a little quicker and kept hotter.

The shower stall had no door and thus the toilet gets wet and slippery. The water pressure & hot water were excellent👍 The room service meal was very bad. Small portion and tasted awful. The taste was just bland & sweet !
