Price was very good. Hotel looks new. Located less than 5 minutes away from Jalan Wahid Hasyim. Staff were just ok. WiFi was fast. There was a kettle. Even if the room was small, it was big enough you can open two suitcases. If you are not after luxury but just the basics, I highly recommend this hotel

No English channel. Water in the bathroom didn't drain properly. Water is stuck in the middle of the bathroom. No fridge. Not much place to hang clothes in the bathroom. There was only one hook

This place was well situated in Jakarta and reasonably comfortable. Very basic accommodation but also cheap so great for people on a budget only staying a few nights!

The space is much smaller than it looks in the photos (and the photos don’t make it look big!) so probably ideal for business people staying overnight or backpackers but not ideal if you are travelling with suitcases because there is nowhere to store them except in the shower! Recommend if staying for 2 nights or less, would get more uncomfortable and a bit claustrophobic for longer stays. Also can hear neighbours (we found this more of a problem here than any of our other stays in our travels over 2 months) and any hallway activities.

Room service was a lovely touch, the single room is smaller than you'd expect but it gets the job done! Tons of storage space as well if you're just staying there while doing some shopping for a few days. The place is perfect if you know you won't be spending too much time indoors during your stay in Jakarta. Generally quite comfortable, not much to complain about!

Again, the room is extremely small, which may pose an issue for any claustrophobic guests. Ventilation can be a concern as well perhaps.

The place is located in a very central area, close to all essential places. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works well, bathrom functional, though not cleam. Not much space available, but that is compensated by a very friendly and helpful receptionists. Terasse is a jam, unfortunately not available as a shared space, but rather as a restaruant or a bar. Breakfasts thre are exellent though (re-calibrated after some days of travelling through Indonesia)! Recommend!

Very clean and new room, value for money for the price you pay. Small but doesn't feel claustrophobic, they even a have designated space to hang clothes and to keep your luggage. Rooftop cafe is nice, didn't try the food but had a drink while the band is playing. Can't really see much view due to the plants obstructing it. Very close to the famous local food street Sabang and shopping mall Sarinah (walking distance). Musuems, Jakarta Church, Istiqlal Mosque are all within 20 mins ride on e-hailing bikes, pretty convenient.

A bit of foul smell from the toilet, seems to have drainage issue, maybe due to the number of toilets built. The building is located in an alley so you have to walk through a dark alley at night to get to the building.

The hotel is modern and maintained pristine clean. The interior is planned brilliantly with beautiful signage and a well-lit rooftop restaurant. The staffs are super friendly and ready to help when approached. The check-in was smooth and handled effectively via credit card. the location though not on the main road, is just walkable from one, so no complaint. A short walk will so take to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia shopping malls. Rooms are comfortable and to be mindful its a sleep capsule like and not a lavish suit or standard hotel room one could expect for the price paid. No windows but the Aircon kept the room comfortable. the washroom is a well-designed and efficient drain. A decent breakfast for IDR 50,000 is good value meal. Overall fantastic budget hotel and super value for the money paid. Though booked three night stay and paid for the same, stayed only for two due to a change in travel plans, but didn't apply for any refund as I was content with the value received.

An additional hook in the washroom might help. A dustbin in the room would be much appreciated.

• receptionists were abit clueless. asked them multiple times about what times things opened and closed and rocked up the places and they were all wrong.

I really liked friendliness of the staff. I didn't expect free water bottle daily but it was super helpful. It was nice that it didn't matter when I come back at night, even after midnight and there was always staff around the entrance.

Location, daily housekeeping, and AC work perfectly. I recommend this place to someone who needs privacy and want access to their private toilet. The size of the room is very small (you can't do your yoga pose here), but it is decent for one person, which is not usually available in other hotels. There is a lift and the stairs, you can choose your access to the upper levels.

I can hear the noise of the AC fan from room 303, but the noise helps me to sleep. From the outside, I may listen to someone who is having a call from their room from the room aisle. If the hotel management makes it clear to stay quiet after 11 pm, or something like that, it would be very nice to everyone who stays, even though it is not a big deal.

I booked the smallest single room and it was a great clean tiny room, perfect for short 1-night stay in the city. Water for shower is strong and warm. Bed was very comfortable. The building has a little rooftop areas where you can eat. It's also the place for breakfast and the few looking at the tall buildings was quite nice. Location is very close to the a major intersections with prominent malls and shopping centers. The MRT is a short walk away, making it very easy to go around from this place.

Since the rooms are immediately by the halls, you can hear people coming and going. Bring earplugs and and maybe even eye mask and you'll be fine and get a restful sleep.
