I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, and I am thrilled to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast offerings were fantastic. Each morning, I was greeted with a diverse and delicious selection of food that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty meal or something lighter, the buffet had it all. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Location is good, all staff are friendly and helpful.

I booked twin room and I got a room on 8th floor. The room faces the street so I could heard all the noise from the street, I couldn’t sleep all night so of course I couldn’t work on the next day. It was a shame that I paid that night not cheap. Of course they moved me to other room when I complained but still I was not happy with the money I had spend for that night and I lost a day to cannot work because of no sleep. It was a business trip.

breakfast was excellent and delicious. the staff and the concierge were very helpful and polite, very grateful for their help.

i booked a body massage. it was done in one of the hotel room. for the price, the service fall short. no tea. the room was bare, the masseuse doesn't even arrange the pillow to let u breath while lying face down. the massage i book was around 500k rp for 2 hours and description said it was head to toe massage, while she never even do neck or head massage. i was so dissappointed. please improve.

Location was spot on 10 mins walk to the Grand Indonesia. There is also a bus station exactly infornt of the hotel for those who prefer to raom the city using their public transport.

Since there was an ongoing renovation in the hotel, the morning was filled with constructions works activity noises. The hotel could atleast informed us in advance that there is an ongoing renovation works,

I like how near in walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Sarinah Plaza.. The satff were very very helpful when I had initial issue with my card payment but I forgot to take note of her name :(

The room that I stayed smelled like a chimney (prev guest smoked in the room :() even after they purify it, it still smell and I hate it. I asked for a non smoking floor but was told no non smoking room is available.

central location, breakfast with lots of options, special praise for very kind and helpful staff at the restaurant :-) Rent of meeting rooms available for very reasonable charge

rooms with city view are a bit noisy due to Jakarta traffic, but the staff explained new sound-proof windows are being installed gradually ;-)

Love the location activity near Sarinah is the best thing and buffet spread. I choose the hotel because its a bit far from Grand Indonesia which is so busy but still close to the mall and bus station. Easy to get bajai and Grab.

The hotel window are not noise seal so at night loud noise from the traffic. Cant do anything about the traffic but the hotel can try to install better window seal to reduce the noise. The room facing the river is not nice so i recommend to put up some shield. The residential view is ok no problem.

location was great ..within walking distance to BHI MRT station, Sarinah n Plaza Indonesia. and i love to be able to participate the Jakarta Car Free Morning right from the hotel. staff was very pleasant n friendly to accommodate all of our request.

The room is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. It is close to the many restaurants both local and up market and huge shopping centres. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. They serve a nice breakfast

It is right next to a busy main road and can be noisy late at night due the passing traffic.

The location is near to everywhere. The staff were so helpful from the started. Always ask if need help or assistance. We glad that miss Citra was so friendly to us and always help us in many way. Thank you for being kind to us!
