Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat.

Generally most things were of quality standard. May I pls suggest: - Where the egg station is. - In front of the egg station there are 2 dishes - one with sausage the other with another dish - These 2 trays are placed in a precarious spot. - If the guests open the covers of any of those dishes too fast or hard, it will one day shatter the glass of the egg station. - I notice there is already a crack on the glass above the left dish tray. The hospitality and the food at the restaurant. They renovate the room and makes the hotel more modern, not like old hotel anymore

Ok, here is one weakness and negative side of this hotel. At night, the sound of motorcycles and cars from the street are really loud in the room and really annoying. My best suggestion is you can add double windows for the windows that face the street. I saw that you still renovating the hotel. Adding extra glass (double windows) really help with the sound. Please consider it.

The location was good, with easy access to the train station and public bus. Overall, it was a good experience with the entire friendly team, including the reception, concierge, and restaurant staff. Good ambience. The location is not along the busy street.

The cup and the saucer in the room were not very clean, as there was a stain mark. It was probably not washed. The housekeeping team should be aware of it.

The location is close to Sarinah shopping centre and sabang street food. These are walkable.

The hotel is still under renovation in some area & the check in process was not good, the receptionist was not give room as per my booking confirmation ( a room with bathtub )with the reason that all rooms are fully booked & based on avaibility, but she could not debat it again when I showed her my email confirmation from hotel that i'll get bathtub in my room. I appreciate Mr.Edbert who is very humble to ask if there is any comment in regard of breakfast meal & if there is anything that he can help.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly. What stood out for me was the kitchen staff. I queried for vegetarian options before my breakfast. I had to settle down with the choices available. The chef mentioned she will prepare something for me. To my surprise, I received three course of amazing vegetarian dishes! They even catered separate vegetarian breakfast items for the rest of my stay, without me asking for it.

The gym is not spacious. It wasn't easy navigating along the space while working out.

The hotel is just a short walk from Sarinah Mall, making shopping and entertainment easily accessible. A wide selection of restaurants is also nearby, offering great dining options. The hotel has recently undergone a significant renovation — the upgraded lobby now looks far more modern and welcoming than before

Excellent service and special praise accorded to Front Office Agents - Ms Ria and Mr Pintoro for their care and personalized service. They are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Keep it up!

Phone rings intermittently, despite request for change. Digital clock not updated. Room Service QR Menus not up-dated.

Service rendered by the staff- concierge and all. Bed + pillow is super comfy for Deluxe Room (perfect since it has been renovated) & Executive Room- Flr 16. Food selection for breakfast at Level 18 is fairly good!

The access card was unreadable at least three times throighout the stay - I had to get it changed at concierge during the stay - day time & past midnight (5 days 4 nights). The Executive Room is still in old condition but I was told it is in the procees for renovation.

It was good and clean and well presented in all aspects.

The A/C did not work as good as it should and the supper right security was a nuisance everytime I entered the hotel via a vehicle or in person.
