I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was good, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from providing local recommendations to assisting with any questions we had. The location is also a major plus. The hotel is conveniently located near a Trans Jakarta halte, making it easy to get around the city. We were able to walk to the halte in just a few minutes, which was very convenient for our daily outings. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location.

Without any information earlier, the only downside was that we had to pay for the mineral water in the room. It would have been nicer if it was complimentary.

1) Central - walking distance to Sarinah and Tanah Abang Market. 10-20 minutes Goride - motorbike taxi to Bundarah HI MRT, BNI City Airport Train and Gambir Train Station. 2) 24 hours order of Gofood. Can never go hungry and lively neighborhood. 3) Wifi connection great but at times need to request for reset. Denied access after my 4th day of stay.

1) Stubborn guests who smoke along corridor and around non-smoking room. 2) I was lying at the bed wondering why there's lots of ants. Culprit sweet wrappers and rambutan seeds under the bed should have thorough cleaning of rooms especially at hidden/ledge area.

The room was clean and well presented. a good size with a desk and open shelving, the shower was a good pressure and the water hot. water was available at a small cost for large bottle and clean towels were available. There was a lift to all floors and with heavy suitcase this was a great help. The location was within walking distance of the main shopping malls and cafe's with street venders of food also close by.

There was no chair at the desk and a suitcase stand would be a bonus.

Location was excellent. Staff were great . Help was there when needed . Any complaint that was relayed was addressed instantly. I will definitely book again in these hotel . For the value of my money this place was very good .

Was quite at night . Slept well . There wa no smoking , but only in designate area , which I like . No rowdy people were noticed .

The room was very comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for our stay. It was clean and easy to get around. Although it was located in a smaller street, walking was an easy option and close to the main roads where we could use Grab. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to. For the price, it was very good!

WIFI - you need to login every time again and again hot water was not reliable - it was never cold but also also never hot - but absolutely okey for shower, washing hair and everything

Great location (for us) and basic but clean room we could base ourselves in to see the city. Lovely staff.

The WiFi only sometimes worked in the room, but we could get better connection in the reception

Everything is okay, worth the rate value.

They ask a money deposit before checking in, although they return it when check out. it should have been written at front in the home Page, so customers have preparation with Cash.

The location is good, the staff was very shining.

The airconditioner has a leak, and the toilet also, easy things to fix, but they should have check that before giving the room (I stayed and didn't say anythin)
