They gave me a room with city view. It was so nice. The receptionist & other staffs are all very attentive. Their service was fast, asked for iron, and without fuss, they sent it in a minute. They have luggage storage if you came early before check in time. The bed is big. The room space is a bit small though. Location is strategic, it doesn't feel cramped even though they are located near the road. In front is Ashley hotel.

No table inside the bedroom (only small bedside table) but you can eat delivery food at their cafe.

Very clean, modern hotel with comfy bed. We had a nice view from our room on the 9th floor. There is also a small gym and free laundry room which was a great addition. The staff were very friendly. We didn’t find the location great as there were lots of homeless people living on the street outside, and the nearest place we found with some restaurants/ fast food was about a 10 minute walk, maybe this was to do with it being holiday season.

The hotel is new so it looks quite modern and the deco is very pleasing to my eyes. The room is clean and nice. Beds are comfy, aircond working well. Staffs are very friendly and nice to us. Very near to Tanah Abang market, can just walk.. so it is so convenient for people who wants to go there. If i visit Jakarta again i'll definitely stay here again.

Room a little bit compact/small. So if you have a number of luggages need to squeeze a bit. Other than that, all good.

What a lovely hotel - the staff were super helpful in telling us what apps to use to book train and bus tickets around the country. they also helped us with bookings of our ongoing trip. We also booked an extra night because we'd arrived late that day from Europe and were really tired, this was super easy and the staff were fine with that. The size of the room is ok, there's enough space to have all of our luggage. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped, as well as the rest of the room itself. The view was ok if you look far as you can see some amazing skyscrapers, but nearby it was a bit less built up. now being in the rest of south east Asia, I've learnt that this is what I should expect in a lot of places and this is therefore fine. The A/C worked perfectly and the wifi was very quick too. The location of the hotel works well but please consider that traffic is quite bad at times so it's best to plan ahead - that said, there's a mall only 10-15 minutes walk away which has everything, including a place to get a sim card.

The breakfast can be a bit better but it wasn't too bad. I would have preferred more options.

They were super nice in fixing a small decoration and cake for our honeymoon, we truly appreciated it They hotel looks generally modern and tidy, we appreciated in particular the lounge room. We appreciated the view from our room (on the last floor) The staff is really kind and accommodating, they always made sure that we had a good time

The location is pretty central (not that far from Merdeka Square or The Grand Indonesia Mall) but the street itself is quite run down, dirty and just unpleasant walk through. This is is not of course the hotel's fault, but it is fair to mention it for future guests Breakfast is satisfying but there could have been a few more options: decent combination of Asian and continental alternatives The size of the room is very small. The walls were very dirty. The shower was working 100% since water was being drained very slowly

- Tiny room - The bed was extremely hard. Usually I prefer hard beds, but this felt extreme - Small breakfast, not much choice - Watch out if you are noise sensitive: it is very loud and there are many noises to hear. The walls were thin so you could hear anything from neighbouring rooms. Also, but I guess this is normal in Jakarta, there are very loud prayers at night (starting around 4 AM) until dusk, so it is very possible you wake up several times during the night. It was up to around 75 dB in my room. I think it is hard to find a hotel without these noises, but be aware of this - Badges didn't work a few times: one day I could not enter my room, the next day I couldn't use the elevator

The team at the reception was so helpful, specially richi who i give a 5 star service. Richi english language was clear and explained where to go, how to go and helped me a lot to make my journey a success. Continue the good work

The shampoo and the shower gel were the same, but different bottle 😅🤣😂 Either you are washing hair with shower gel or you are washing body with shampoo. 😉😆

Service Staff was great! They were so friendly, knew English and really helpfull. They have 2 washing machines and a dryer to use for FREE! They even provide detergent and softener. Rooms were clean and shower was great. They provide body soap, shampoo and toothbrushes

The gym was really small but nothing much to complain about for the price. The breakfast was simple and didn't have an egg station but it only cost less than 10 USD

Staff was outstanding all around. In particular David and Helena were extremely professional, helpful and kind. I arrived quite late and was hungry and David assisted me with getting Grab to bring me food at 2 in the morning! And Helena assisted me with.changing my as I was sensitive to some hallway noise and she also talked to me about some things in Jakarta. Both David and Helena speak excellent English, I thought they had lived in the US because their English is so great and with a US accent. They were both extremely professional and the other staff I encountered from the doorman to the room cleaner to the dining room staff were all excellent. I would stay there again only because of the staff they were so great. Breakfast was also great with numerous fresh selections and the girl who works the breakfast, I forget her name, but she was so great, she helped all the guests with their needs and kept the food and beverages nicely supplied and ready for guests. Great job she did in the breakfast dining room keeping everything neat and clean and she is so nice too! The rooms are also good with new, comfortable furnishings. The location is unbeatable, I walked to many places for food and just looking around. All forms of transportation are available directly at the hotel or a short walk away. Very convenient location.

Hotel was central

Disappointed that booking website quoted price for two adults and a child as a confirmed price, but we were informed by the hotel on arrival that there would be an extra charge for our son even though my booking receipt showed no charge for a child. Not blaming reception staff who were very polite. But Booking.com should not advertise one price and then expect the hotel to pick up on extra charges when that is not how the room was sold to me.
