I absolutely loved the toilet! I didn’t expect it to be so clean and sleek. I’ve stayed in higher-star hotels that didn’t maintain this level of cleanliness. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping both the room and toilet spotless. Not only was it clean, but it was also dry when I first entered, which was a nice touch. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Another big plus is the location—just a short walk to Sarinah and several other main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The room was okay—just enough space for two people, but it might feel cramped for travelers with large luggage or those who’ve done a lot of shopping in Jakarta. I was looking forward to using the pool, but it turned out to be more of a decorative feature near the main entrance rather than a functional amenity. Given its small size and central placement, it didn’t feel like a practical spot for swimming.

Clean and nicely decorated. They minimised the use of plastic so no bottled water, just a jug where you can fill in water from a dispenser outside of the room, in the corridor. Staffs were ever friendly and obliging. Location was within walking distance to eateries, coffee shops and Hero supermarket. Also walking distance to Sarinah and Jln Thamrin

The swimming pool was small and in the middle of the hotel, there were tables and chairs from the coffeehouse near the pool so swimming is a bit uncomfortable for the ladies. The dispenser didn’t have hot water so you need to take water and boil in the kettle provided in the room

Good location in central Jakarta and for being near the train station. Near some of the must visit sights in Jakarta. The rooms were comfortable and staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good choice of food, though for breakfast it required a bit searching for different items. You could request the egg items to be cooked for you.

The breakfast buffet could have been better organized and found that the toaster was not working. The view from the bedroom was of the staff carpark. The travel time from airport is around an hour but could easily be two hours at rush hour

I felt breakfast variety shall be enhanced

I think stayed well over 50 hotels in my life for both leasure and business. This hotel defintely is in my top 10. Well maintained, location is central near the malls and Cambir ( the central station of Jakarta) clean rooms and public spaces. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast including hot and cold indonesian and european style breakfast such as on demand frying eggs and you can even customize your own boiled Indomie(noodles)! Great staff also, I had a early checkout and they making sure an american style breakfast brought to the room and since I was returning days later, they made sure that my large suitcase is stored and secure in their luggage storageroom.

Nothing I disliked.

The layout of the room was a bit weird with the window in a little hallways/entrance. So when you are in the main part of the room (bed) it is like the room has no windows. We choose this hotel because our kids really wanted a swimming pool. We were disappointed that you could not really use it because the terrace was full of business people (men) smoking cigarettes. The weekend was better; still smoking people, but more used by guests so it fell more comfortable to use the pool. So if you are coming for the swimming pool I would recommend coming in the weekend :)

The swimming pool was too public. The pool is overlooked by the restaurant and in full view of the whole of the lobby plus a corridor on the other side. How can anyone possibly bathe in such an exposed and public place. It is the only problem we encountered as the hotel and staff are excellent

The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast spread was very good with wide choices. Finally the location was superb; very close to most of major offices and shopping malls & banks. And the icing on the cake was a food street very close to the hotel (walking distance) where one could get a taste of local street food in the evening.

The free WiFi was very erratic and slow. And they could not set it right over a period of 4 days of our stay.

Very comfortable bed, very large room (we stayed in a privilege suite), good breakfast, good shower, good location of the hotel.

The noise from the construction site near the hotel. They work whole night, making some very loud and constant noises. Our room was at first floor, the side with the entrance of the hotel. Not sure if from other rooms the noise is the same. I had also a problem with the smell of the pillow cases (they were changed every day, but they all had a strange smell).
