The hotel is a high-end 5-star establishment. The service and cleanliness are excellent. My room was particularly spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has 3 restaurants; I tried one with Japanese cuisine, and the quality, as well as the value for money, was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and very varied.

The room's Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which is a shame for a hotel of this caliber. Other than that, you can tell the hotel has been around for a few years, but this does not compromise its overall high quality.

Large room, comfy bed; easy checkout.

The single pair of slippers and only one dressing gown inna room with ouble bed booked for Valentine's night. The difficulty trying to control the AC: room was very cold, we tried everything (that did do not work; the display was partially blank - should be simple and not built into a bedside console that has seen better days). The elevators were incredibly slow with one of the eight out of action; we were oj 28th floor, it stopped at six or more floors going up or down. Breakfast selection was OK but fruit was in an adjacent room and - at no time - did the staff indicate it was there. I had to ask because I could not find it (I suggest signs!). All-in-all, not worth the price we paid.

Extremely luxurious hotel, possibly the nicest I've stayed at in all my years travelling the world. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Staff are numerous and very friendly. After I checked out I had several hours before I had to go to the airport so I went to the spa and had a 90min massage which was quite literally the best massage I've ever had in my life. I also liked that they have their own bar with live band. Love the entire experience.

I'd have to be very very picky to find something I didn't like but if I had to say something it would be that they do not provide milk for the coffee and they do not provide a pod machine in the room. Only instant coffee provided.

The Hotel is very well maintained and wherever you look around you see people cleaning and housekeeping to perfection. We tried the Cafe, the Italian restaurant on a previous visit, and the CJs Club which was great fun and the food tasty. Worth mention that the hospitality is absolutely genuine and set the standards very high for any other five star hotel in Jakarta We enjoyed our stay a lot at this 5* by all means place.

Very big hotel with a lot of high quality restaurants and bars. Swimming pool area is lovely and fresh, with the wind. The Gym is huge ! The staff is extremely polite and friendly, they all call me by my name.

The happy hour cocktail in the executive lounge: it was better with a buffet, before, than now with the "boxes". Not enough mineral water available in the room.

The breakfast is mainly oriental, No standard European breakfaest was available especially continental breakfast. Jam and honey was absent

The internet after the third day started to disconnect. Smoking was difficult (only one area in the G floor)

The restaurants cannot always live up to the expectations they set because the ingredients required for their menu are not always available. But this only goes for a small part of their offerings. What they do they do very well

The gym was very specious and even rooms also. I would surely suggest others to book this hotel if rates permit. The BRII-II is very close by where one can have good Indian Foods.

The location is strategic. The room is super clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

The best hotel staff ever. Every single staff members smiles and greets you regardless of how busy they are. The room was spacious and the bedding super comfortable. The whole hotel was beautiful.

It's too cold inside the hotel. Even with the AC off, we were cold.
