The hotel is a high-end 5-star establishment. The service and cleanliness are excellent. My room was particularly spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has 3 restaurants; I tried one with Japanese cuisine, and the quality, as well as the value for money, was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and very varied.

The room's Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which is a shame for a hotel of this caliber. Other than that, you can tell the hotel has been around for a few years, but this does not compromise its overall high quality.

It’s perfect in every way I care about in a hotel. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and polite. Check in was easy. The lobby is spectacular with lots of seating available. The room itself was fabulous, with a nice couch, a work desk, a TV with our preferred news channels, and a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and bath, with toiletries that one would need. Downstairs are several restaurants to dine in. We tried the Cascade Lounge, great to have coffee and cake in; the Table8 for Chinese food where we had great tasting soup and roast duck; the Il Mare for Italian food where we had a fish and a chicken dish (should have tried the pizzas, they looked extremely good); and we went to CJ’s Bar for drinks. There is also a huge confectionery shop on the ground floor for sweet cravings. Such a great place to stay and we will certainly be back in future.

The single pair of slippers and only one dressing gown inna room with ouble bed booked for Valentine's night. The difficulty trying to control the AC: room was very cold, we tried everything (that did do not work; the display was partially blank - should be simple and not built into a bedside console that has seen better days). The elevators were incredibly slow with one of the eight out of action; we were oj 28th floor, it stopped at six or more floors going up or down. Breakfast selection was OK but fruit was in an adjacent room and - at no time - did the staff indicate it was there. I had to ask because I could not find it (I suggest signs!). All-in-all, not worth the price we paid.

Extremely luxurious hotel, possibly the nicest I've stayed at in all my years travelling the world. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Staff are numerous and very friendly. After I checked out I had several hours before I had to go to the airport so I went to the spa and had a 90min massage which was quite literally the best massage I've ever had in my life. I also liked that they have their own bar with live band. Love the entire experience.

I'd have to be very very picky to find something I didn't like but if I had to say something it would be that they do not provide milk for the coffee and they do not provide a pod machine in the room. Only instant coffee provided.

The pillows and the bed were HEAVENLY. Location was fantastic since we were there to watch j-hope’s concert, and we got to and from the stadium so quickly that even when the concert ended later than we expected we were still able to get to bed as planned!

They were a bit slow on housekeeping. We had to keep calling them to clean, and when they did, they didn’t refill the shower gel when it was obviously running low. Breakfast buffet wasn’t terrible but I didn’t enjoy it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of restaurants and cafes in the hotel, and it is close by to a couple of local malls as well as concert venues. The staff informed me of how busy the hotel would be, and arrangements were made for breakfast timing, to allow for a seamless experience.

The lifts are a bit slow. When the hotel was at full capacity, it took a long time to get anywhere.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, everything was clean, and the staff was so friendly. The best part were the beds, I've never slept in such comfortable beds in my whole life! I came for a concert at the Indonesia Arena, so the location was perfect, I was able to walk back after the performance which was so convenient. I would love to stay again.

Staff are super attentive. However, the lounge feel a bit empty and not much food provided for options. However, staff is able to fulfil our requests by taking the food from the restaurant down stairs. In general, you can try to ask the staff to help you.

The hotel is a bit old, but nevertheless serves the purpose of my stay.

Lobby has a nice scent. We were able to check in as early as 10am! Front desk staffs were helpful, welcoming and always smiling. Room was amazing, 2 large single beds and fluffy pillows. We had a good night sleep after a long day. Breakfast spread was good. Check out was a breeze.

Would prefer not to have been allocated one hour for breakfast. There’s so many choices to try.

The Hotel is very well maintained and wherever you look around you see people cleaning and housekeeping to perfection. We tried the Cafe, the Italian restaurant on a previous visit, and the CJs Club which was great fun and the food tasty. Worth mention that the hospitality is absolutely genuine and set the standards very high for any other five star hotel in Jakarta We enjoyed our stay a lot at this 5* by all means place.
