My experience at HARRIS Suites fx Sudirman was beyond belief. From the moment I stepped into the luxurious hotel lobby, I felt comfort and warmth. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the professional reception staff who showed me the way to my room. My room was incredible, elegantly designed with luxurious furnishings. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers. At night, the shimmering city lights created a enchanting and romantic atmosphere in the room. Room service was quick and efficient, catering to all my needs with a smile. The hotel's restaurants offered delicious and diverse cuisines, providing a wonderful dining experience. The hotel boasts luxurious facilities, including a large pool and a well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, the hotel provides convenient transportation services to major tourist attractions in the area. Overall, my stay at HARRIS Suites fx Sudirman was an unforgettable experience. Food is easily found and standard for breakfast has maintained.

The change in management to Ascott is good but the need to go down to have my cigarette caused some inconvenience. I would love it if a smoking room is still an option available as it is the only reason why I chose to stay here instead of other hotels available.

Location was great! Personnels were very friendly and very accommodating. The bright room was spacious and clean, with a nice city view. On top of that, the city view from our bathroom was superb!! Loving it!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice cream as a dessert was perfect to start strolling around the city.

Air conditioning was working good, however sometimes it was too cold, rather difficult to adjust. This is just a minor detail for improvement.

when i arrived, the staff accommodate me throughout the check in very well, the harris room was magnificent, spacious, clean and the bed was so big and comfy that i dont wanna wake up, love the breakfast, so many choices that i wanna try but my belly was so full already, definitely will come again and have other menu that i haven't get huhu, love the stay thank you harris

can hear noises from the busy road as my room at lvl 11 but its bearable

cozy lighting, clean comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent breakfast, nice bathrooms, convenient mall just downstairs (but nothing that opens late at night.) lightning fast housekeeping! perfect stay for a trip to see a concert at gbk as it’s walkable distance from the stadium.

my room did not have a full length mirror. also too many floors, the lift took forever. and i got confused with some of the floor numbers, ended at the basement at one point.

Great location being in the heart of the city and linked to FX Mall. So access to food, supermarket and shopping is convenient. The massage service that comes to the hotel room is fantastic and very reasonably priced. The Harris cafe food quality is very good too. Love the view I got at 45th floor. I could see as far as my eyes allowed, the stadiums nearby.

I had air conditioning problem for my room. The staff was quick to come and check and got it fixed.

I liked the location. Breakfast was really great - a lot of options including national dishes and Western ones.

I really did not like the laundry service. First, the staff surprised me by knocking and shouting "laundry service" at 9 a.m. Then when I did drop the laundry, I got it back the next day only when I inquired about it. Finally, the invoice I signed for the laundry had x sum, when I went to the reception to pay it up - it was y sum (a bigger one). When I said that the sum doesn't add up, the reception lady recalculated smth and came up with z sum...since the difference was 8eur and I had to run to the airport, I did not bother. Still, it seemed unprofessional. Next, I thought I had booked one of the best rooms. It turned out there were tiny tiny ants in the bathroom + the cattle, refrigirator and bedside lights did not work. I really expected more from my room.

The location is very strategic and central. The hotel is closed to MRT station of any other public transport, having good side-walks, very good if you like walking. FX is also a mall, so when you need grocery or food, there are a lot of restaurants available. They have pool, tennis court and gym. The hotel is also very close to GBK Senayan, if you like running or do sports, it is very convinient.

The light in the room is not sufficient, i wish they had more lights in the room.

Very centrally located. Good spacious rooms, courteous staff and nice breakfast with lots of choices. I especially loved the Indonesian food and organic health drink ( turmeric, ginger etc..)

Cannot complain much. But the aircon temperature adjustment could have been better.

Good breakfast food, good room, location is very convenient as it is located right at the shopping mall and you can find almost everything that you need at the mall. We had to do several meetings and we were welcomed to use the hotel's restaurant to have the whole-day meeting. Thank you!

It was my second stay at the hotel and none that I dislike so far... I guess my only complaint would be the weird elevator system, but it's not a big issue
