The location was excellent and the view from the room was great. The room was inclusive of all meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for happy hours and they were awesome. The staff from the security guard, the bellboys, reception, and the lounge at level 21 were very friendly and accommodating, and one felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Willmer who went around to all the tables and inquired about the food and the services. That is something rare in hotels nowadays.

The noise from the traffic outside was very disappointing. The hotel needs to improve its soundproofing such as better double glazing for the windows and better soundproofing for the walls.

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

The staff really make this hotel great, the concierge staff even paid for my taxi on arrival as the one I had booked prearrival didn't show up, so I had no local currency. After a long journey from London, and arriving at the hotel at 2am, this was a welcome relief. The club lounge staff were also lovely and gave a friendly and efficient service always remembering my name.

The food could be better. Plus the room should be fitted with international power sockets as many of the other 5 star hotels are in Asia now.

Service is excellence. Clubs floor free flow of food and bewerage is excellence. I got the bigger room and the room is huge with Jacuzzi and sauna. very good view from the room.

Unfortunately i got a noisy room facing the noisy traffic. And may even be having some issue with wind noise. Hence in the dead silent of the night its very loud.

Everything in this hotel was above any expectations. The size, design, and cleanliness of the room, a beautiful marble with modern fixtures bathroom, delicious food. But especially I was amazed by the most helpful, caring, friendly, and smiling staff. Honestly I think I had the best service ever. I literally felt I was already in a paradise! Super high level. Very impressive!

It’s impossible to find any imperfection there. Everything was just Perfect.

Staff , spcially at lounge area and also Customer Service Office Natasha who help us checked in , she was a wondersul lady who explain us all and gave us an comfortable check in , we were able to catch up on our dinner and were able to complete the booking formalities parallely

Internet connection , ther internet on tv was very very slow and got disconnected few times

We had a delightful stay at Hotel from September 22-30, 2023. The staff warmly accommodated all our requests and even celebrated our special occasions with elegance and charm. One of the highlights was the hotel’s convenient connection to a large mall with a fantastic grocery store. This made it incredibly easy for us to find anything we needed beyond what the hotel offered.The hotel even thoughtfully catered to my husband’s dietary restrictions. Our suite (room 2205) with access to the club lounge was well-appointed. We appreciated the spacious, clean room with stunning views from every window. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, ensuring our suite was immaculate after we returned from each excursion.

I shared my concern with the management regarding the use of small plastic bottles for drinking water. We received at least six disposable plastic bottles daily, creating a significant amount of plastic waste. Many other hotels in Indonesia we recently stayed in have transitioned to glass bottles or provide clean water dispensers in rooms. We hope the hotel considers these eco-friendly approaches. Additionally, the hotel’s interior, while charming, shows signs of its age, dating back to the early 2000s. The decor and colors reflect this era, and some areas, especially the hallways, could benefit from brighter lighting to enhance the overall ambiance.

The food options on the concierge floors were excellent. We very much enjoyed the lunch and dinner service. I wish I had arrived earlier for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even the chef came by to check in on us during dinner. The room was exceptional, exactly what I expect from a Ritz, and why I chose your property.

There was a small glitch when I arrived, my booking.com reservation was not honored, so I had to pay a bit more. But that’s not the fault of the Ritz, that was a problem with booking.com. Pro tip: book directly, and have the hotel pick you up and drop you off, to save time and effort.
