We booked 2 rooms for our family. One of them should be twin. However apparently when we arrived in the evening they didn't have that room anymore, but they upgraded our room & provided extra bed for free to compensate that. So we super loved that extra service. We also loved the variety of food in the restaurant, great locations (walking distance to several shopping malls, the stadium, MRT/BRT station) and the quick response of their staffs for every issue/request that we have.

In general the room facilities were great. Some maintanance for the AC will be better. There were few droplet of water from our AC. But since we were there only for 2 nights and mostly outside, it was not a big problem for us.

Breakfast was so diverse!! And very nice selection from local cuisine to international cuisine! My partner liked it so much! Location was within walking distance from MRT and literally everything else. There are malls close-by for your restaurant or shopping needs. Pool was okay! I liked it! There's bathtub in the room.

The price of the stay. Check-in took a little time; I waited at the lobby for about 15-20 minutes. Also, check-out time was very strict; you can't stay for midday prayer. I had wished I could've stayed in the room at least until 12:30, not exactly 12:00.

I booked at Artotel because it's really close to the GBK Stadium where a concert we had tickets to was being held. Excellent location! It's also a few minutes' walk from a mall, which has a supermarket, a Boots etc. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety, with daily changes to what's being offered. There are 4 seating sessions for breakfast, which you can select as needed (from 6 - 11 am). We also had access to the lounge which served a buffet of snacks each evening. Comfy beds, great AC, amazing views, spacious room and bathroom (including a bidet spray). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Bathroom is a little dated and could do with some minor repairs/refurbishment. But this is just a minor issue, everything worked fine.

The rooms are the same as always, clean and good. There is hot water shower, even a bath. the controls for the aircon actually works and controls the temperature well. Bed is very comfortable and nice. The layout of the bedroom is very good.

The toilet is really in need of a make over. it is old and poorly layed out. The bath tub is a nice addition, but not well placed. The toilet is too close to the toilet paper holder, so when you're on the throne, your shoulders are just pushed against the toilet paper holder. Bidet shower is old and should be changed, preferably with a washlet toilet seat. but there needs to be a better way to rebuilt the toilet. The breakfast is also very limited, maybe because it's fasting month, but still it's not as well packed as it usually was.

The bed was so comfy, it's one of the only places I could sleep properly. The location was convenient as well - very near the main malls and hubs. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating whenever I needed things.

I guess it's not a concern for the hotel, but since it is in the CBD of Jakarta. And it is by the road, it can get loud a little bit with the cars and motorcycles, but I think no matter where you go it will have that issue anyways.

The location wise near to the malls, GBK and even MRT station only walk short distance. But what we really like is the staffs, they really warm welcoming us and very helpful. Also the breakfast so much varieties to choose. Will be back to stay in this hotel when we go to jakarta again in near future.

Even though the tv channels have many channels but hope they can provide smart tv

The rooms were spacious and the desk in the room was a good size. The free coffee in the room was fantastic as it was similar to the Nespresso capsules. Having a bar fridge in the room was also handy as I could stock a few items.

Rooms were slightly outdated and had a very small open cupboard for clothes, but clean and tidy. Rooms don't come standard with an ironing board. No fitness center or gym provided.

Both Guest experience officers, F&B management and all reception and housekeeping staff were exceptionally kind, professional and warm. The breakfast offers a wide array of Asian and European cuisines and the coffee is of really good quality. The location is close to Semanggi cloverleaf in the center of Jakarta offering easy access to main business district and the green sports park being just adjacent of the hotel.

Location is the best, near GBK, parks, and mall, easy access if you like to walk around or jog. Choices of food and public transport are also the advantages of this hotel. However, I ate mostly at the hotel and happy bout it.

They took over a small hotel and some are outdated/need more maintenance, such as shower head, lights in the bathroom, some plugs, small things that have to be on the list and check regularly.

We booked a Junior Suite room, and the benefits exceeded our expectations. We didn't expect to have access to the Lounge to enjoy snacks in the afternoon and around dinner time. The breakfast selection is exceptional for us. The hotel location is perfect for our family. It is near a mall where we can walk for 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The AC in the room is a bit loud.
