I liked the location.

I reserved for 3 pax and there was no extra bed provided. I was told there was an extra charge. I was surprised because I always book rooms for 3 pax in Booking.com and the extra bed is already folded in the room charge. Anyway, at the end, they didn’t charge the extra bed. I also had to ask for extra towel because we were provided only with 2. There was also some question during our earlier stay. I booked for 3 pax with breakfast through booking.com but the records of the hotel show my reservation was only for 2. So I was being charged extra for the breakfast of my daughter. Fortunately , I had a copy of the booking confirmation so they were able to update their info. I have been booking through Booking.com for many years already and this is the first time this happened to me.

Overall is good ,the staff the facility the location and the view as we are luckily to be on the 37th floor ,the bed are so comfortable,the rooms the interiors all are just what we are expecting.

The pool are not too friendly for kids,there is no kids area at the swimming pool, I would not recommend to bring infants to this swimming pool area and the generator rooms just next to the pool so you can’t be relaxing in this area the sounds from the machine it’s very loud and continuously and yes it’s very annoying. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher machine but there is no tabletes or powders as we can properly clean our dishes

Great room and location. Having the Pacific Place Mall part of the hotel was exceptional. Literally felt like a home away from home. Well done to the staff and management, a truly world class destination!

We enjoyed our stay at the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and with multiple choices at the buffet. They also offered a menu with both Indonesian and Western dishes. Internal access to the Pacific Place Mall was a nice amenity.

The room was a little dated. This was particularly true in the bathrooms where the cabinets were worn and the water from the shower had a little bit of an odor. There was an odor of raw sewage by the pool that was rather unpleasant. There was active construction occurring on the garden rooftop. The WIFI was a little spotty with reduced bandwidth at times.

It provides excellent value for money. Staying at the Ritz-Carlton has never let me down, and I was living in a luxurious "apartment" rather than a room. Everyone on staff, from reception to restaurant to cleaners, is well-trained and competent. They are nice and friendly, with no communication concerns. The location is ideal, as it connects to Pacific Place Mall, a premium and upscale shopping center. I also enjoyed the Ritz Carlton's Chinese New Year decorations during my visit.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Residences Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. The location is ideal, connected to a mall which made dining and shopping effortless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but offered a wide variety of options to cater for all tastes.

While the rooms are a little dated, the impeccable service and outstanding breakfast more than made up for it.

It was old and dated and had a mouldy smell and I think it’s in sore need of a renovation from all the Ritz have stayed at this was the most tired one I don’t know maybe my expectations are too high but for the price I paid I expected better accommodation the saving grace was the staff ,excellent staff

We were upgraded to a 2br suite which was very comfortable because there were 3 of us. Breakfast had a buffet and we could also choose from the a la carte menu. It was right at Pacific Place Mall which was very convenient.

Maybe because this was The Residences so we were just given bath towels. The hand nor face towels were not included. I noticed too that when I took a shower, there was dirt on the drain cover. The floor of the shower area was quite slippery.

Staff were exceptional, we traveled to Jakarta from Bali to celebrate a friends 30th Birthday. The staff organised cake, balloons and a beautiful photo montage to be playing on arrival. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were incredibly spacious and grand. I can not fault anything about our stay here, I will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Jakarta.

If you looking the place to stay like a house, this is the best 1 . Housekeeping always always gave us little note what we need.

Ask them the room with less noise during night.. specially when you have problem with jjet lag.. if you don’t have problem with sleep. Any room there is no problem.. good size, best view.
