Would I stay again?: Maybe. Welcome: None. Standard reception. Location: Central, close the biggest mall in the Indonesia. Hotel Area: Nothing particularly noteworthy, either good or bad. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Corners in of the room felt needs some cleaning. Room: Small. - Wardrobe: None. Juse a little hanger. - WiFi: Slow speed, not suitable for remote work with a heavy load. Food: No buffet or restaurant on the site. Pool: Not applicable. Value for Money: 10/10. Other: Floor tiles in bathroom makes it very slippery condition, a it of Health & Safety risk.

The hotel is super in everything. The location is near the train station to the airport. The staff is very polite, attentive, the reception is open 24 hours. Opposite the hotel with a sky restaurant and a bar on the roof. 5 minutes Starbucks, 10 minutes Grand Indonesia. Metro stop, main road. Everything is at hand. The room is clean, TV with YouTube, for me it is very important to watch what I want, when I want. Water, towels, soap. The shower is comfortable, hot water. Air conditioning. Different options for room lighting - very comfortable.

The hotel is right next to Sudirman Baru station and has direct connectivity to the airport by airport train. It is also close to Sudirman metro and Tosari bus stations. Has hot and cold water dispenser, Great ac and lighting and superb hot water in the room. Location has street food stalls and needs some exploring to get familiar. No great restaurants in walking distance.

Shower unit can be improved

The room and bathroom were very clean. Receptionist staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, at the proximity of transport hubs such as MRT and LRT stations, as well as airport train stations. It is also nearby the Grand Indonesia shopping mall where you can get a variety of foods.

Since it is located just behind the airport train station, sometimes the sound of train's horn was quite loud. The hotel does not provide hair dryer, luckily I checked earlier and brought mine. I hope the wifi speed will be increased next time, or perhaps provide a paid wifi for people who wish to get a high-speed internet connection for video calls or watch netflix. During my stay, it was okay to use for voice calls, but it was not sufficient for video calls.

The location of the hotel is very strategic,near to BNI & sudirman station,it take 15mini walk to grand indonesia,plaza indonesia & thamrin mall...the staff so friendly,there is so many food stall near by the hotel

Hotel near to MRT, Airport Railways & KRL station. Walking distance to Bundaran HI. Clean & friendly staff.

Train sound could be heard from hotel room since it’s so near. Probably uncomfortable for light sleepers.

aircond superb. Washroom clean. Location so strategic which so near to public transport and street food 👍🏻 Love it. Easy access. Water heater function well!

A very good location, close to the train to the airport and LRT. 1 point to improve is to have a better sound proof room/door as we could hear clearly other guest walking outside the room
