LOCATION! Adhi Jaya has perhaps the best views over the terraces of any of the accommodation in Jatiluwih. The Adhi Jaya has been a regular for some years, and I stop for a night on EVERY trip to Bali. The room is spotless, aircon efficient, has coffee/tea making facilities, bed and pillows comfortable, and wifi fast and reliable. Rooms 4 & 5 are now the best for views, with a new restaurant blocking views from others. AJ is only a short walk from the viewing point for early morning pics of the sunrise over Mounts Agung and Batur, and hose views are spectacular. Right across the road from the viewing point is a lady serving a traditional Balinese breakfast and coffee/tea, the cost of which is almost nothing.

The access has become difficult with the development of a restaurant property in front of AJ. It blocks he views from some of the rooms, and will no doubt increase noise levels. Parking is now about 50 meters distant, and a narrow walkway along the irrigation canal is uninviting. There is currently no sign showing where the entry is, and it badly needs one. I was lucky that a staff member was on the verandah, and I got his attention. He came down to meet me.

Adhi Jaya has perhaps the BEST views of the rice terraces in Jatiluwih, unfortunately spoiled by power lines, but that's not the fault of AJ. The room is comfortable, spotlessly clean, good bed and pillows, and a functional bathroom, and generally quiet.. Wifi was reliable and good, and tea and coffee making facilities are available. I've been a regular at AJ for several years, every two months.

The access is less than good, steep, irregular and mossy steps, and with development of the land in front, right on the road, it's probably going to get worse. Motorcycle parking is now about 40 metres distant, due to the development.

The location is very convenient, just a few footsteps from the start of the Jatiluwih Unesco walking loops, and close to a few restaurants. The staff is super friendly. The room is comfortable and the views are great. I'd recommend paying a little extra to get one of the "suites", which means you'll be a little higher and have better views.

I forgot to tell the staff but I would recommend the homestay to add an extra curtain behind the room doors to limit the daylight as it gets very bright at dawn.

Clean, friendly, rice field in the front. There are also restaurants and mini local supermarket nearby. Everything very convenient. Hotel is very affordable, clean, my room also got cleaned during staying. I also thank Benny who works at the hotel. He helped me greatly to navigate the place I wanted to go 🥹🙏

The stay is located on the main road. It's very NOISY and hard to sleep surrounded by constant noise from the main road especially over the weekend. People in the town cut grass at 6am, loud music for events throughout the day, hotel guests putting music, which I had to knock the door at 2am (thankfully they lowered music).

Cosy and clean room. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff! Great restaurants within 1 minute walking distance.

Not a complaint but a recommendation for future visitors: try to get a room on the second floor in the newer building, as we did. In front of the older building there is a new construction going on and the view to the rice terrace is a little limited. It's not the fault of the hotel but I think it's good to know.

What a great spot! It's centrally located right across the street from the famous rice fields. You can enter the rice field tracking just a few feet away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and the views (from the 2nd floor are incredible). When we arrived I asked about going to see some of the local attractions like the waterfalls and the hot springs. The friendly hotel staff recommend Wayan and WOW hiring him was the best decision. Wayan took us to amazing hot springs, waterfalls, the palace on the lake, botanical gardens and an amazing local fresh market. He took such great care of us, we were simply blown away by his kindness, knowledge of the local area, plants and history. The views from Adhi Jaya, over the rice terraces, are probably the best of ANY accommodation in Jatiluwih. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and aircon efficient. The wifi had been out for a full day when I arrived due to a storm and ingress of water to the modem, but I was assured it would be fixed 'this afternoon', and it was. The access, very poor a year ago, has been remedied, and parking is available in front of the accommodation. The steps up to reception from the carpark are precarious, at best, narrow, different heights, and with moss deposits. Be careful!!

The LOCATION!! I've been a regular at Adhi Jaya for a few years, one night ever 2 months, and I stay there just for the view, possibly the best view of the rice terrace of all the accommodation. The room was spotless, water 2X water provided, bed and pillow comfortable, aircon effective, and wifi fast and reliable. Breakfast is not offered, but there are a number of warungs close by.

The steps up from the car park cold do with an upgrade!!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Even took our dirty clothes to laundry and back. Awesome view from second floor.

The VIEW!! It has probably the best of the views from the accommodation along the high side of the road, just a superb outlook over the rice terraces. I've been a regular at Adhi Jaya for a couple of years, several times a year. It's a good standard at a good price, room pleasant, comfortable bed and pillows, an OK bathroom, wifi fast and reliable. The room has a desk and tea/coffee making facilities.

Nothing not to like. It is very pleasant mid range accommodation.
