I have stayed in this hotel many many times and This is my favourite hotel in the world for a few reasons: 1 the staff..very friendly and helpful 2 it is an oasis in an otherwise very busy, sometimes chaotic Ubud, I love the busyness of the street but I also love walking into Greenfield and getting total peace! 3 the rooms are huge, like an apartment! They are traditionally decorated which gives the place character and are spotlessly clean. I had a room with a view of the rice fields and was so peaceful 4 I can’t decide which of the two pools are my favourite! One overlooks the rice fields and gets a lovely sunset and the other feels very private and secluded and both are surrounded by traditional decoration and reminders that you are in Bali! 5 it’s in an excellent location..short walking distance to the monkey forest, the yoga barn and lots of great restaurants and the hotel offers a shuttle if you don’t feel like walking or want to go a bit further 6 value for money!!! I can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops around, but it feels like you're staying in the middle of the jungle. Lots of greenery, ponds with fish, beautiful rice fields. It was quiet, didn't feel like staying in the city center at all. 2 big swimming pools. Room and shower were very spacious. Nicely decorated. Free shuttle bus to main areas in Ubud center.

Room wasn't the cleanest, it was damp, sheets had a strange smell. There were lots of earthworms in the room. Very slippery tiles in the porch and by the pools. Breakfast was just ok. Pretty much the same every day. Without freshly baked eggs not so much to eat. No fresh juice. Only Balinese style coffee. Bed in the room was terribly squeaky.

So peaceful and tranquil, would definitely stay next time. Staff were gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was lovely, the service is amazing. It catered for all our family and we spent many hours in the beautiful pools. The rooms are nice and clean. The gardens are so well kept and the staff are very professional and friendly. Close to some good restaurants, ATM, mini mart, pharmacy, spas and shops. The Ivy restaurant across the road is a must, best pizza I have ever had.

One our rooms the AC wasn’t working well. They did try to help. One of the rooms hand a mouldy smell, but couldn’t see any. In saying that our premium room was amazing and the view outside was beautiful. Still worth every cent and would stay for an extended time.

This place was exactly the type of paradise I needed to rest my soul and recharge. I stayed an extra night just so I could look over the rice fields at sunset. The pictures looked beautiful but this far exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely beautiful. A true reflection of the beautiful and kind spirit of the Balinese population. I loved my room, which looked over the rice fields. The Balinese art and decor throughout the space was gorgeous. I loved the two pools. I used the spa for a tension massage and enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant. Communication with the hotel was instant and streamlined. We booked the airport pick up service, absolutely worth it to step off the plane and be take straight to your accommodation. I explored a fair bit around Ubud, and was so grateful to still be immersed in the culture staying in the hotel. Location was perfect, close to everything but still so peace and quiet. There is a a feee shuttle that takes you to Ubud town. Great service. There is so much more I could say, but just know this place is beautiful. Amazing. I highly recommend and will return. Terima Kasih, this was the perfect place to begin our time in Bali.

I loved the everything

We booked 3 accommodations in different areas in Bali this time and this was our most satisfied accommodation! Spacious room, convenient location, great breakfast that changes slightly on a daily basis so you don't get bored of it and the staff are top notch! We also took advantage of the free shuttle to main streets which operate on demand till 10pm which was so helpful! (Mind you, the location was in a busy area already so you will have no problem finding great food.) I will certainly consider staying with greenfield again if I ever come back to Ubud again!

If I may suggest improvement points, I wish the hairdryer was of better quality, it was a bit weak but not a major issue at all.

The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous, like your own hidden tropical retreat. I was so surprised how quiet and calm it was with the busyness of Ubud so close by. My room was huge and looked out over a functioning rice field that was really beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the air con works wonders. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind and friendly. I felt so pampered and was delighted to have somewhere so calm and welcoming to come back to after a busy day exploring Ubud. I really couldn't get over how perfect the place was for the price, it's well worth the money. There's even a free shuttle that brings you in and out of the Ubud centre that was incredibly handy!

Nothing, I loved my stay!

The hotel is so very serene despite being just a block off the busiest part of Ubud. Great location, walk everywhere. The gardens and water features are beautifully maintained and extensive. Both pool areas gorgeous. Wonderful art, shrines and statuary everywhere. The staff is absolutely lovely, caring and efficient. We plan an extended stay as we are very happy and comfortable here. Very clean. Our room felt secluded as all the rooms are designed that way. We overlooked the rice fields with all the ducks, egrets, swifts and more. Fields were being hand harvested during our stay. Just love Green Field Hotel!

The staff was super, the location and view from the room couldn’t be better 🥰 the whole property is done up so aesthetically.. I just loved it. And the icing on the cake was pick up and drop to the nearby places👍👍👍 Would recommend to all the friends and will love to come back and stay for a longer period!

Everything was good. However some positive suggestions.. The light was too less in the bathroom, couldn’t see properly in the mirror. A full length mirror in the room will be very useful. In order to use less toilet paper a hand wash near the toilet seat is required. 27000 trees a day are cut for only toilet paper 😞 The above are only constructive suggestions 😊
