Pool view room - Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, separate shower to the loo (so nice not to have water all over the floor when going to the loo). The staff were so kind to even take out the outside light globes, because they couldn’t switch off the lights. I upgraded the room from Standard room to Pool View, because of all the bad reviews of noise, from the main road.

Light coming in from the outside, better block out curtains would be great.

Really helpful staff, lovely room & spacious bathroom. Good AC, lovely swimming pool, peaceful even though on the main road. Good comfortable bed & lovely to have a sofa to sit on. Nice cold fridge in room. Staff were available even throughout Nyepi (Balinese Hindu New Year) which was very kind.

I think they could have better kettles for the room when I requested one. More electric plug points in the room, maybe a few extra sun bed loungers needed when it was silent day as not enough space for all to relax outside near the pool. The sun bed sofa’s could do with a tightening up on the elastic as when you sit on them they slip down.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful view of the jungle, and the pool is incredible. the bed was very comfortable too. For my birthday they made me a pancake, they were very sweet!!! Thank you guys!!!

It is a little far from the center, although if you are looking for peace it is fine. The rooms needs a little maintenance (we stayed in 2 different rooms). in the first room we had a leak . it would be nice if they check the towels before delivering them to the bedrooms since ours were stained on 2 occasions. I consider that the price we paid was very high.

located on one of the main streets but quietly tucked away so i didn’t hear the noise. very close to everything. nice place that was good for my stay and price was good :)

my sheets didn’t get changed in the 4 nights i was staying there, but i also didn’t ask. there was a bright light outside my door and the curtains didn’t fully close, so i just text the receptionist and asked them to turn it off which they did :)

The location is near very many restaurants and amenities. Also very walkable distance to the monkey forest, if interested, and supermarkets. The staff was really nice and helpful which made the stay even better Overall good location,clean rooms and nice staff

Very big and clean rooms, they provide water every day and cleaning if you want it. It's on the main road, perfect if you like everything near you. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. Due to some health issues we extended our stay twice and they made it very easy and smooth. Also very good breakfast and dinner spots nearby, would love to stay here again.

The wifi was not stable and didn't reach to the bathroom.

friendly staff and the ease of communicating location of the property was excellent - near bebek tepi sawah, super market, tukies ice cream easy to drop off and pick up at the hotel as the parking was on the main road

could have had a better wifi connection and also maybe a cable connection would have been nice, but it is not minus factor

The staff were friendly and very accommodating! That made a huge difference to my stay! Also the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and was spotless! No issue with bugs and mozzies etc which was a plus point! Place is very close to Yoga barn and other eateries as well

We were very close to The Yogabarn where we were doing a retreat. Loved cooling off in the pool after a yoga class. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues or requests.

The water pressure has some issues but fixed quickly

A 20 min walk south from central Ubud this accomodation is on a thoroughfare with many cafes and convenience stores. Friendly staff and pool, well run.

The street is busy with traffic and a restaurant nearby has live music loud at night. There are quieter zones.
