I loved the rooftop view with stunning views of the rice paddies, monkey forest and on a clear day I could see Agung Mountain, the volcanic mountain. The food from the rooftop restaurant was lovely too. The service was wonderful. I fractured my ankle during my stay out one night at the night market and the hotel manager arranged for his driver to take me to hospital, to deliver me breakfast at the hospital 40 mins away, to collect me. When I returned 4 staff greeted me welcoming me home with a wheelchair at the ready and beautiful flowers. I received room service after that and the hotel manger visited me twice a day in person to check on me. He personally contacted immigration to arrange a visa extension and also a wheelchair, making day trips out to the forest, sightseeing and the beach easier, once again offering his driver to take care of me and take me to the beach in the wheelchair and push my wheelchair. The service was 5 star.

Location is perfect. Just in the heart of Ubud, many restaurants around. Very nice staff, they smile and help all the time! We had an issue with rats in the kitchen so management upgraded our room. Thank you Evitel!

The only one thing. In the evening and night time there are many rats in the restaurant :( I saw with my eyes how they running on the tables, plates, spoons, etc. The guys said this is happening because there is rice field close by.Definitely they need to fix the issue with rats. Since I saw it I never went to the breakfast again…very sad

Location is perfect right in the middle of the center and walkable. Room size is ok plus small balcony,there are bathroom necessities ,tea and water. Pool on rooftop is very nice but it needs some updates

swimming pool can be better. breakfast;some machines not working like tea one or broken koffie one.the one making eggs should stand at the position and serve clients but not making eggs and leave them getting cold stuff can be more available when help is needed both in the restaurant and reception.

location, location, location. it's right next to monkey forest, so close to pretty much anything. the staff was very helpful here with anything you might need.

standard double room is a bit small, you can't unpack two normal sized trolley bags. pillows are small and pretty hard, so I got neck pain after sleeping. When we entered the room there was a musty smell which quickly disappeared after opening the windows.

The hotel’s central location in Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest, is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and lively streets. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. The food was excellent as well! We had initially booked a Superior room, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a Suite, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The location was great. Right in the middle of the bush canggu area. The room was reasonably new. The breakfast was pretty good too. They changed it up a bit on the second morning.

The rooms were quite muggy and because it uses the card system for electricity, you’re not able to leave the AC on when you’re out, so you get back to a muggy room. The shower needed a bit of an upgrade as the sealing looking mouldy. The pillows were VERY uncomfortable for both me and my partner. The hotel was also quite noisy at night from other guests. (Didn’t bother me but my partner found it hard to sleep)

The location is perfect to discover Ubud. Walking distance to so so many restaurants, cafes and bars. 5 mins walk to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Staff is very nice and kind.

The sound isolation of the rooms are not great, especially if you have noisy inconsiderate “neighbours”. Bathrooms dont have shower tanks so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower. Not a huge problem but good to note.

Everyone was so sweet and loving and nice!!! Also very accommodating to us. I have five kids and they were so wonderful to us while we were there.

The sheets and bedding were stained and it was so loud throughout the night and early in the morning. It was very difficult to sleep because sometimes there would be construction going on in the middle of the night.
