What can I say, it was fantastic to stay here. We spent 6 days here with a larger group of friends (a total of 17 people). The place is even better than what you see in the pictures. It's peaceful, quiet, yet easily accessible on foot to the center. The garden is wonderful, well-maintained and perfect for morning yoga. There are 2 pools, both of them are incredibly beautiful. The rooms are bright and clean, and the view of the pool or the garden is very nice. Breakfast was very good, right next to the hotel is the restaurant (which might not be apparent from the photos), it has a very nice and stylish atmosphere. I was delighted to have breakfast there; it was delicious and varied. Each member of our group received a floating breakfast, with delicious and healthy food options to choose from. They also offered extra activities for our group, such as making Jamu (a healthy local drink) and offering making (it was fantastic, so interesting and real local experience) and after that praying in the temple. It was truly fantastic, thank you Dewi and Agung. We also want to thank the receptionists; there are three lovely girls working here who helped us with everything. Thank you: Dewi, Puspita and Ayuita and thank you the whole team! We are so grateful, we had a wonderful time, thank you so much!

Our stay was perfect 👌. The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful to us the entire time. It's hard to describe how friendly and kind are those people. We loved them from the beginning 😍 The place looks the same as the booking pictures, and many great restaurants are nearby. The hotel driver, Immanuel, is a perfect guy who can take you everywhere you want and help you enjoy your time. The hotel pool with a nice view is excellent as well!

The hotel room was nice and spacious, with a comfortable large bed and a lovely balcony. My room was on the ground floor and faced the lush gardens. There was a small fridge, a good amount of cupboard space, a working safe and the aircon was good. They provide drinkable water which is refilled each day. The vibe of the place is relaxing and you can't hear any noise from the bustling streets. I really love this part of Ubud. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops close by, it's around 10min walk to monkey Forest and 20-30 to the art markets/Ubud palace. The pools were also beautiful and the restaurant food was too. We stayed here for a big family trip and it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

The TV reception is not great but I only needed it to watch 1 game of footy so wasn't a big deal.

A beautiful hotel and staff located in the heart of Ubud. Firstly I must say the staff here are exceptional. So polite and friendly. We were given a very nice spacious room 113. I booked the extra bed for my daughter to sleep on but our bed was a queen size bed so actually we didn’t need the extra bed we could have easily slept together it was that big. We know for next time. We opted for the Christmas Day evening dinner. Unfortunately when we arrived at 8pm the entertainment was finishing at 9pm. We didn’t realise this and weren’t told otherwise we would have come earlier. Also we were the only ones in the restaurant so we ate and left as it lacked atmosphere. The food though was very very nice. We really enjoyed the prawn toast and the rib was delicious as was the wine. We had breakfast every morning and again we couldn’t fault it. A good choice to choose from a set menu and the coffee/juice was plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the avocado on toast. I went to the spa and enjoyed a full body massage and facial with Heni. I have to say that’s the best massage and facial I have ever had. Thank you Heni you were a dream. Our room was spotlessly clean. Everything in working order and the daily room service was a nice touch. Today upon leaving the sun was out so we jumped in the pool. Lush green gardens, two swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers. This hotel is value for money. It’s cheap for what you get! Just book you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Artini we will be back. Nothing it was all perfect!

The location of the hotel is great for walking into Ubud - all the attractions in the town are within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in touch with the hotel before check in to arrange airport transfers and tours and they were very accommodating and quick to respond. Room is spacious with a huge balcony with a view of the pool and rice fields. Lovely infinity pool and view. Felt secluded even though we were very close to Ubud town center.

There were some loose tiles in the pool. Could do with more sunbeds by the pool. The breakfast selection was very limited and had to be ordered the day before - we only had breakfast there the first day, then decided to eat elsewhere. The room occasionally had sewage smell from poor drainage in the bathroom - luckily we could open the balcony door to ventilate. Bathroom showing wear and tear - stains and mould in places. Cleaning of bathroom could be better. Air conditioning was quite loud too.

This was our second stay in this hotel, the pool is amazing and they have a beautiful garden all around the hotel. The staff was amazing, honestly the team is the best. Great location, close to the centre and the Monkey Forest, a lot of restaurants, shops and SPAs around is also a great addition. This hotel runs its own SPA and they offer discounts for their guests.

Breakfast was better last year when it was served by Table Talk restaurant located next to the hotel. They are using their own catering now. The room we got was on the ground floor and it was fairly ok but some parts of the bathroom need refurbishment, especially the bathtub. We still enjoyed our stay but we wouldn't choose the Ethnic Room in the future. Also this room was a bit damp (we didn't have this problem last year when we stayed on the first floor)

The best things about this property were its location and staff who made my stay very welcome. It’s super close to nice cafes, shopping, and yoga barn but you get your privacy because the hotel is tucked away and you don't hear any noise from the outside. My view from the room was amazing and I woke up every day looking at the rice field and enjoying the sounds of nature. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Ubud

There was some construction going on on the property, but if you plan to explore Ubud and not spend a whole day in your room, then you'll be fine

In a word - EXCELLENT! The staff - extremely friendly, cooperative and smiling. No matter if they are at the front desk, on the housekeeping side, in the bar or even the workers in the construction that is going on right now. They all greet you, ask how you are - amazing. Food - I've already said my opinion for the Table talk restaurant, but I'll say it again - the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is top notch. We have been to many restaurants in Ubud, but Table Talk is definitely the best choice. Rooms - clean, large and very well appointed. Housekeeping services are daily, not to be missed - The towels, the floor, the bathroom - everything. The drinking water is just refreshing every day. The size of the room - lots of space and great balconies with beautiful views. Great hospitality and even the fact that I have a few more options to stay, I don't regret making my choice with The Artini Dijiwa Ubud. A BIG THANK you guys! You are AWESOME!

Great location just off the main road into Ubud town centre; variety of restaurants & shops nearby, whilst the hotel itself is situated by the side of a rice field Beautiful green scenes beyond the hotel and around the 2 pools. The hotel rooms themselves have a lovely traditional Balinese style; my room had a nice front verandah to take in the scenery. The staff are super friendly and helpful; hotel restaurant is very good too; a substantial breakfast is offered everyday.

It’s a beautiful property with tonnes of potential. Some parts are quite old & dated though; but there is a lot of construction and renovation going on around the property - the finished product should be unveiled next year

We had such a nice romantic stay at this beautiful hotel perfectly centered in the best part of Ubud, close to all the good restaurants and sightseeing options. Staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly to us all the time. The hotel was gorgeous and there was so many extra things we got included without having any idea of it. The staff provided us with free welcome drinks, free massages and a free romantic delicious picnic breakfast in the garden. They were always smiling, bowing, asking how our days were, and wishing us good morning, good day and good night. They provided us with help planning sightseeing and tours with their packages, and it was amazing! Perfect for a couple or family getaway from busy reality, we did not move a finger. Best hotel in ubud! Thank you, would come back 100%
