Best part about this villa is the staff. Staff is helpful, friendly and supportive with great service. Swimming pool is fun. Inhouse Breakfast is good though is at a budget cost compared to external food places .

Could have more facilities if possible. Pretty simple villa/resort now. Nice if provide complementary shuttle service to nearby central like Ubud Centre, etc. If you can provide inhouse Lunch/dinner will be great too esp for travellers who arrive later in the day/night. This however, is not a huge concern as there are food places (Restaurants, Convenience store) area the villa conveniently.

The rooms are large and spacious, I liked the large bathroom. Off the main road so quiet enough as Ubud is so busy with traffic nowadays. Breakfast was decent, with good choices, can have in your room or the common room. The ambience of the pool and hotel is relaxing enough, and the gardens are lovely. Location is OK, south of the main action of Ubud. Free water refill

TV was only Indonesian, which is unusual for this standard of hotel Room cleaning was more on request, not daily. Staff had poor English, and they need to work on that as it's important if you have so many customers from other countries. Foreigners.. especially those with kids tend to forget other people are staying there..so could be a bit noisy. No manager as such on sight. Staff were overly sweeping up leaves early in the morning, let people sleep in as on holidays. Wifi could improve..it was weak and had a lag. If working on wifi, try another hotel.

I loved my stay at Green Bord Villa. The location was a short walk away from all the bars, restaurants of Ubud centre & very quiet at night to chill, relax and sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great, it can be enjoyed in their dining area, pool or delivered to your room. The gorgeous villas are surrounding a beautiful pool, it’s just so pretty a tropical paradise. The staff were wonderful kind, sweet and super helpful. I met the manager to Yande, who was amazing, I booked a solo trip for a jeep sunrise mountain tour with volcano and hot springs, that was supposed to include a pick up service, via on booking.com, but I faced issues with the organisers, and he called them and sorted it out so I got my 3am pick up for what was an amazing trip, I wouldn’t of been able to do it if it wasn’t for Yande, so very grateful. I’ll definitely stay here again, couldn’t have wanted more, highly recommended.

Only downside was the birds in cages, I felt sorry for them and wanted to release them. Outside of this everything was amazing.

The villas are beautiful and greatly located in the center of Ubud. We were pleasantly surprised to see that despite the central location, we experienced a very calm and serene stay. The surrounding areas were beautiful, very green, well maintained and full of cute little animals such as birds and bunnies. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and consider this a great value for money stay

The shower was flooding the whole bathroom every time we tried to take shower. There was also a bathtub we tried to use the second night to avoid the flooding however there was no water pressure. The shower was also not very clean, as part of it is consisted of small stones for decoration reasons, there were a lot of hair stuck in between.

Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Kids loved the easy access to the pool. Very relaxing little oasis. Loved staying here.

If you have little kids I would not recommend the family villa but stay in the other rooms. The kids beds are upstairs. The stairs are steep and a bit awkward and the balcony rail is very low so we were concerned about safety with our youngest. The location is near a busy intersection which made getting a taxi here slow as you get stuck in lots of traffic. The villa comes with a kitchen but no cutlery or plates etc. would be good to include these especially for families that need to eat in sometimes.

Got off to a bit of a rocky start because the villa i booked had no water. They were already fixing the water pump but didn't tell us. We discovered it as we were about to take a bath which was fortunate. After 1 hour of waiting, we asked for a refund and they moved us to 2 separate villas (we are a group) on a neighbouring property owned by the same owner. (Green tree house villa) this newer property is SUPERIOR to the green bird, so i would recommend it more. It comes with no TV, so that was the only downside. The green tree villas we got were generally comfortable and had good air conditioning. Refillable water from dispenser was a big plus. Note the villas have different designs. The first villa was completely enclosed, but The second villa had an open concept toilet (fourth wall was a curtain facing a forest), and there was no net in the ceiling hole, so bugs would fly in at night. Staff were really nice and helpful. Google translate app helped a lot because they didn't speak much english. Beds and rooms were generally very clean (though sofa could use some attention as ours had a light layer of dead small ants)

As with many wood villas in more garden like environments/ nature type vibes, do expect bugs. The property was generally clean but they would fly in from the outside. The ceilings are not cleaned, so we did see webs and bugs (dead and alive). Didn't really bother us, but it might be uncomfortable if you are sensitive to this sort of thing.

Firstly, this place is gorgeous, like a little oasis right in the centre of Ubud. The garden honestly is so beautiful. The breakfast was amazing considering it was included it the price. Very fresh! And the room was huge!

Please, please release the birds in cages! 🙏 Your guests would be so, so much happier hearing them singing and seeing them in the trees, rather than trapped in a cage, alone and stressed. They were created to fly and be in pairs or together in a colony, not alone. It honestly broke my heart!

Curtains falling down and noisy air con. Neither would stop me staying there as everything else was excellent

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great staff. Nature setting where you'll spot a frog or squirrel outside.. maybe a giant ant or 2.. or listen to the birds sing. Great location!!!! Everything you need on the main road (atm, pharmacy, supermarket, shopping, massage, restaurants, cultural shows etc) Main road does get pretty congested at times. Monkey forest around the block and ubud art market 15mins away (by scooter)

Beautiful green spot in the middle of the city centre. Close to everything without it being too crowded. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Highlight of my stay in Bali.
