Beautiful little bungalows. Very charming and comfortable. The bed was very cosy and the rooms were well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff. And the location was quiet away from the busy main road but not too far from everything.

The swimming pool was nice but part of the property next door so it’s a bit far from the bungalows. We were there in October so was quite hot and we would have used it more if it wasn’t across the parking lot. A pool closer to the bungalows would be something to consider adding to the place because it’s lovely!

The Bungalows are beautiful and very confortable. Great bed, good TV and a nice desk if you need to work. The bathroom is big and nice (shampoo, body cream and conditioner). WiFi works very good. You have a comfortable place to cook breakfast and all the utilities you need, you can store food in the fridge at your room. The AC works good. Location is great: you are 10 minutes away (on a bike) of all the busy places of Ubud and you have a quite calm place. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by.

There is a situation with the Gekko (a small kind of Lizard) that comes into the rooms and poops a lot the floor. The staff were very attentive to clean it every time but this happened between 3-4 times a day and the smell is not nice. It happens mostly in the bathroom and there is a mosquito net that will prevent that this happens in the bed, but still. The pool could be a bit updated.

The bungalows were lovely. Comfortable. Could do with more comfortable chairs on the verandah. Also mattress protectors for the excellent beds.

The road outside the property had no footpaths. And the traffic was horrendous. I braved it to get to some other cafes. And of course cars & scooters went around me as is the Bali way. Not so much the trucks. I gave them right of way! This area desperately needs pedestrian footpaths. I wasn’t the only person trying to make my way thru the traffic.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet during the night with no traffic noises. There were bottles of water refilled every day.

The gecko poo, which I know is going to happen but it was always on the floor in front of the bathroom door. I arrived at 3am the first night and the door to my room didn't lock, as a solo female traveller I felt unsafe. The next morning it was fixed, so excellent turn around.

The attention to detail for each bungalow was lovely as each is set next to koi pools and an abundance of greenery. The beds are really comfortable and generous in size as is the bathroom. The staff who work here are really wonderful! They helped organise drivers each day, happy to chat and kept our room immaculate all whilst being very kind and courteous. The bungalow is also in a good location. You'll need to walk 15-20mins to the main shops but the pros to this, are a quieter location as Ubud is pretty loud and busy. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it!

My expectation was there was a pool next to the bungalows ( judging by photos) which was not the case. We did find it on the site but there was maintenance going on around which made me feel less inclined to use it. There's enough about though to see and do so we managed fine without!

It is advertised that you can have breakfast in your room but in fact, it is a restaurant that is owned by same company and you have to text them to order your food and I will not recommend to anyone to do this! We texted one morning to have breakfast in bed and took them 1 h to respond to the message then another 1 and a half to deliver the food so way too long, if we knew this we would have gone to a nearby cafe instead. Staff on site was also slow to respond at time. The water in the bath was running cold and apparently the water tank is not big enough for running a full bath of hot water.

The bungalows are very nice. They all are clustered and sit on top of a pond with several large kois and carps. It was fairly quiet in the area as it’s located away from the busy parts of Ubud but a quick bike ride to. The main advantage here i suppose is the staff who are super friendly and helpful.

I suggest to decrease the water pressure in the bidet - it was so strong it bordered on painful. The drain in the wash basin was quite clogged and slow. No hair dryer in the room. I suggest changing the blinds in the bathroom to something easier to put up. The scene outdoors is lovely but you cant use the toilet or shower with that window open as it’s exposed to the window next door. I also recommend adding some interventions to help control the mosquitoes as there’s water right under the bungalows.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The cabins were spacious and well-ventilated, equipped with all amenities, including a relaxing bathtub. The location was convenient, and the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel valued as a guest. I look forward to returning in the future for another memorable experience. Highly recommended for a serene and comfortable retreat.

I couldn't help but notice that some of the room accessories were in need of attention, as they appeared to be broken or not in perfect condition. While this didn't significantly affect my overall enjoyment, it is an aspect that could be improved to maintain the high standard of the hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great outdoor setting with tropical garden. Great wifi quality. Unlimited filtered water to fill your bottles! 10 min walk or 3 min scooter to central ubud restaurants. The staff helped us organise scooter hire and a Mt Batur sunrise walk.

Due to the geckos in the eves of the bungalows there may be occasional gecko poo on the floor overnight. Nothing major, just keep an eye out when walking through the room in the morning! However, the geckos do a great job of keeping out any mosquitos, no mosquito bites to report after 3 nights.

Love the bungalows concepts and the room feels intimate, close to Ubud Center. Surrounded by nature!

Downside is one of the room we stayed was full with gecko poo even though the staffs clean it twice a day. And the rooms need a little renovation.
