Beautiful grounds and room. Lovely staff. Amazing brekky.

Walk into town involves a small bit with no path which is a bit ropey at night. If they could get a footpath there, it'd be golden. Shuttle service only runs once every 2 hours, and doesn't start till 930, which in my opinion is too late and finished at 530, which is too early :) I recommend starting from 730 and running hourly till at least 730pm, or better yet, just drive guests on-demand since the car only really fits 1 group anyways!

The most amazing villa I’ve ever stayed in. The whole place is pure luxury, Staff are fab, breakfast was amazing experience. Private pool is beautiful. I recommend Ubud village to anyone. We lived every second of our stay.

Nothing to dislike about the property at all. The one negative is the walk from the property to the local shops, bars and restaurants is not very easy as there is no path , meaning you have to walk down the road and it’s very poorly lit and run the risk of getting knocked down. Not the hotels fault , just location.

- Unfortunately very loud street near the resort. During the night you can hear the traffic noise. This is not helping to relax.

Our room was parallel to a busy road so we would often hear standard hooting, but it wasnt the end of the world.

The resort is stunningly beautiful, well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful, they cannot do enough to help you! The spa is perfect for couples looking for a very high quality experience. We went for the Village Romance package which included a full body massage, facial, skin scrub, flower bath and traditional Balinese hair cream treatments and we left floating and smelling amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and caters very much to western flavours. The breakfasts consist of three courses which change each day, and a large variety of drinks. The afternoon teas were delightful and free, I recommend trying to get there at least once during your stay! The dinner options are mostly western dishes with some disappointingly bland Indonesian dishes, they weren't bad but we were expecting more spices! The desserts and pastries were so good that I was sure the chef was trained by a French patissier, I am going to be dreaming of the dish called "Citrus" for a very long time

A beautiful and peaceful hotel just a short distance from Ubud—like a hidden oasis away from the crowds. The natural setting is stunning, and the rooms, pool, and lounge areas are all thoughtfully designed. We stayed in side-by-side rooms with our children, and they loved it too. The staff were kind and respectful, and we really appreciated the chef preparing a special vegan menu upon request, even though it wasn’t on the menu.

Dinner service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Also, Ubud can get quite busy with traffic, and walking isn’t always easy due to a lack of sidewalks.

Amazing property, the stay was private and great value for money. Great rotating wellness breakfast and afternoon tea. Great location and beautiful interior. The main pool is well maintained and beautiful.

The pool had some loose tiles and general wear and tear of the property. Staff were helpful and friendly tho not attentive. The baby play room was dusty, hadn't been opened in a long time and didn't have lights. The rooms could have magnifying mirrors and the king beds were made of 2 beds, would have been more comfortable if it was one bed

The beautiful pool and gardens. Also the breakfast a-la carte is a welcome break to the buffets: The portions are small but you could always order more. The staff at the pool, restaurant and spa are super friendly. The kids bed is a proper bed (not some folding bed)

The reception was cold and what stood out most in a negative way was the slow breakfast service. While the staff was very friendly it easily took 10 minutes to get coffee and much longer to get food. The a-la carte breakfast was good but slow. Also the rooms were a bit dated (could use some TLC).

The location was in the middle of a rice field, so that was spectacular, it was literally a village there, the location was big, so well taken care of, all the personnel was lovely and so attentive and present all the time. The restaurants and the spa facility were amazing. The food was really good and with a lot of options. Our villa had a great pool, with a sun-bed, a space for relaxing outside sun protected, the inside AC was perfect for a nice temperature after walking around outside in a warm and humid weather. The room service and the cleaning was awesome and everyday we received something nice from the staff.

Everything was so beautiful! The beautiful little rice fields, the Serenity Pool, the Restaurant and the Staff were so on point!! The Resort Manager, Pak Wayan Darmawan ensured we were well taken care of. We walked us down the stairs to our Driver's car and provided me his Business Card and said he would provide us with a nice discount should we ever return to this Slice of Heaven. Terima Kasih, Matur Suksema, Pak Darmawan. Ibu Mellanie Cook and I (Ibu Kathleen Stephenson) really enjoyed our private Villa and 2 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer.
