🌿 Puri Kobot – A Hidden Paradise That Feels Like Home 🌿 If you’re dreaming of a peaceful, authentic, and soul-nourishing stay in Bali, Puri Kobot is the place. We stayed here for 10 days and felt more than just relaxed—we felt deeply grateful and blessed. Located only a 10-minute walk from Ubud’s main center, it’s perfectly placed. And if you discover the shortcut like we did after just 2 days, the walk becomes even quicker and scenic. Despite being so close to everything, Puri Kobot is a peaceful escape, surrounded by **nature, palm trees, fruit-bearing plants, coconut trees, cacao, flowers—**you name it. Every inch of the space is full of life and beauty. 🌺 Traditional Beauty Meets Comfort The villa is a stunning reflection of Balinese architecture, with intricate carvings and thoughtfully designed buildings that speak volumes about the local heritage. We stayed in a bungalow that felt like our own private sanctuary. It included a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with shower and bathtub, a refrigerator, comfortable bed, and a relaxing balcony lounge where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings. The pool is pure joy—crystal clear, cleaned every day, and inviting. After a long journey on our first night, we didn’t waste a minute—jumped straight into the pool and instantly felt revived. What more could you need when comfort, nature, and beauty surround you? 🍽️ Breakfast That Comes to You Breakfast was such a treat! All we had to do was send a WhatsApp message with our preferred choices from the menu, and it arrived at our door—fresh and on time. Options like fried rice or noodles, eggs done in several styles, toast, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, and juice made every morning feel like a personalized feast. For the price we paid, the quality and convenience were beyond expectation.

Beautiful villas set on the outskirts of Ubud, off a side road so heard absolutely no traffic. It is such a peaceful place to stay. We felt so welcomed by every staff member. They were all so friendly and caring towards us. The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted - to an incredibly high standard. The pool is lovely! Nice temperature. Next to rice field :)

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Perhaps we wouldn’t have spent our entire 2 weeks based solely in Ubud and travelled out (due to traffic day trips were a lot longer than expected). If we did this trip again we’d stay in this hotel for at least half the trip.

It’s a small hotel so it give us a lot of privacy and quiet. The bed is comfortable and room is big and well equipped. The best were the pools, they are beautiful and with lot of green around. It was very relaxing at the end of the day. Very easy to rent a scooter with the hotel (100k rupiah/day) which it’s the price everywhere). Also, we found a great value of money, the hotel had a reduction (we paid 25€/night). A good point it’s that the room doesn’t smell humidity, a common problem is Ubud.

The bathroom could be a little bigger and hot water stops after few minutes in the shower. The location is very quiet but to reach the restaurants you have to walk around 10-15 minutes in a very busy street. Keep in mind that grab/Gojek is very cheap but due the traffic jam you will take time to reach Ubud center.

1. Nice property and well maintained. 2. The decor is quite luxurious. 3. Pool is well maintained and was the highlight of the property. 4. Kitchenette is ok. 5. They provided us with a cab. Degung was a fantastic person who showed around many places in Ubud. His recommendations were spot-on. He was such a humble and nice person who made our Puri Kobot experience really amazing.

1. The kitchenette doesn't have drinking water which was unusual and you need to purchase it separately from supermarket. Usually all properties with a kitchen provide bottled water cans. 2. We took an in-house massage which was good but expensive compared to other properties at Ubud. 3. Breakfast was complimentary but spread was quite limited. Portion size can be improved.

Beautiful room with an extremely comfortable bed, kitchen, fridge, outdoor covered seating, inside/outside bathroom. It was extremely clean and felt private. I was the only one using the pool every day so it felt like my own private pool. I did a shop and cooked up some eggs a few times while I was there which meant I didn't have to always eat out. It was the perfect place to end my trip in Bali.

The breakfast wasn't very filling. The wifi was bad the first day I got there, but it did improve. I think it depends how many other people are staying there. There was also construction going on nearby, so the sound of distant drilling could be heard, but that's quite hard to avoid in Bali at the moment.

What fantastic guesthouse! The grounds were fabulous, well tended, a little oasis in a busy town. Staff were friendly, helpful, very welcoming. Each guest has a little bungalow which feels quite private as nested between plants. The outdoor bathroom is spacious and exotic. The swimming pool was perfect to relax on a hot day. A highlight was the traditional indonesian breakfast. The location is slightly out of the main Ubud centre, which is what we wanted. The view on the rice paddies was brilliant. I highly recommend for a quiet getaway!

I had an incredible stay at Puri Kobot. The place itself is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature – perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the authentic charm of Ubud. What made the experience truly exceptional was Sukma, the owner. She was amazing – extremely helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home, helping with everything from local recommendations to arranging transportation and even checking in on us when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Her warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. I highly recommend Puri Kobot to anyone visiting Bali. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you’re genuinely taken care of.

The place was very cute, decorated in such detail with lots of style and plants, the bungalow was comfortable, with a nice pool to share with others (but we never crossed with anyone). The service has been very attentive and wanted to make our experience the best possible, after a small problem with the tv they really put an effort to make it work.

The pillows are a bit hard, which can lead to pain in the neck.. The breakfast was very basic.. the quality of bali breakfast is usually very high but here left us with the desire to buy extra groceries to add on the breakfast.

The place is really beautiful, it looks better in actual, we love our stay and had a relaxing experience. Its a bonus that the staff around us were nice and kind. They always assist us in whatever we need. Thanks to Sukma and her team, we felt at home. We were not able to have our breakfast at the pool but they arranged for us at night so we can experience it before we leave, its just one of the many things they did to accommodate us well so we can enjoy our honeymoon. We also met Degung who helped us for airport pick up and drop off and arranged tour for us. The area is safe and the place is near to local stores. Highly recommended especially for the first timers

We love everything there. The location, the facilities, the staff, the villa we stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful guiding us with the local tours, arranging pick up & drop off from the airport, renting the bike on the spot. They were so kind preparing for us early breakfast as requested. We will definitely come back!
