The room was lovely the mattress was superb. The Pool setting was very nice. Nice and quiet and relaxing very private. The staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages we had very professional. I think maybe a little upgrade on decoration all round would be a bonus. Very good value for money.

Bathroom floor flooded each time we showered. Not enough bath mat to soak up the water. Shower head needed attention cleaned. Be good if we have had guest slippers for inside the room. Coffee cups were too small. More towels would have been good. The Pool was far too deep to stand up in. First impressions on the entrance and reception were not pleasing however, this did not spoil our stay.

Lighting inside the room can be better by giving a bright light. Also number of sockets for charging mobile/laptops etc can be increased.

Everything was great! the whole concept is these small houses which is super adorable. Everything was clean, beds very comfortable and food amazing, breakfast very nice and also we tried the restaurant in the hotel once for dinner and was better than some high end restaurants in Ubud city center. Stuff was super friendly and helpful, everyone was amazing from reception to restaurant, I would like to especially mention Komang who was our guide on a one day trip we booked thru the hotel, he was very nice, knew everything about places he took us to and even tho my parents don't speak English at all, they liked him so much :) I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Ubud!

There was something about Suarti Boutique. It’s not flash and modern but it is so homely, the staff are so welcoming and it really highlights Ubud culture! Their breakfast was included in our package and breakfast was so flavourful and delicious. We did order in-house service which was bought neat clean and delicious. And we did dine in at the restaurant it was amazing. We got our laundry done here as well it was timely quick. We had also asked a friend to stay over for a night and the cost was reasonable. They have cats and dogs around. I felt safe there was privacy it was clean and very welcoming I will hundred percent stay here again!

Very peaceful. Backed onto rice field and was an absolute delight watching the ducks wander around all day and to watch them line up to go into their hut at night.

A little bit dark in the room

I seldom leave reviews here, but I really want to commend the staff for being very accommodating and helpful during our stay. I liked the joglo-styled villas and the floating breakfast. Room was also nice with Balinese decor and furnishings. Definitely the Bali villa experience I imagined but at a reasonable price :)

A little bit outside of the main Ubud street, so it took around 10-15 mins to get to the town center (also because of the Ubud traffic mostly). We were able to book Grab easily, though. An M mart is walking distance, also an Indomart and a pharmacy. For those wanting a more peaceful stay away from the busy crowds and heavy traffic, then you should consider this place.

The location was very good, the cleaningness was really good, the comfort was top notch and the staff was very kind and nice.

The electricity, light and water were gone one day when we came back from sightseeing all day, but staff managed to fix it the same evening! Also, there were little frogs in our Villa so we didn't manage to use the pool and one night I found 4 cockroaches running around my toilet. Downstairs Villa does not have enough light and the door doesn't close completely so insects can still go in. Regardless of all of it, the stay was very smooth and staff very nice and helpful.

had an incredible experience at Suarti Boutique Hotel. The rooms were super cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and waking up to the gorgeous view of the gardens was perfect. The hotel itself is so peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful pool and lovely gardens. It’s the perfect spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast! I loved trying the local dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, everything about my stay was just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Bali in style and comfort!

Snakes our villa pool and garden area

It was lovely property very close to Ubud main street, good limited breakfast served,they served us vegetarian breakfast, as we are strictly vegetarian, also packed us the breakfast for early morning mt batur trip, but the bathrooms need a upgrade, pool in villa was good, In today's time where everyone is having 2-3gadets there are virtually no sockets in the room, we had to remove the bed side light to use the socket,suggest the management to kindly keep multi point spike boards on either side of bed,!!! On the whole good experience!!!
