The staff are the best: very caring, kind and helpful! The property provides all the necessary services: from shuttle to laundry, anytime upon request. Location is very convenient: quiet and yet close to all main attractions of Ubud.

The staff were wonderful. I had hurt my legs before coming to Bali and was basically hotel bound. The shuttle took me to the doctor and brought me back which felt like such a God send. They allowed me to have my breakfast 'late' and took me and picked me up from destinations that were just a few hundred meters away as I couldn't walk at all. Without this kindness my first week in Bali would have been miserable. :( Due to being so constrained in my mobility I had most of my meals at the hotel and I was delighted at the quality. The bed was comfortable and the pool was gorgeous, especially at night when the lights were on.

I was very taken aback that the toilet area was so small that I had to sit sideways! The door wouldn't even close. And initially I was delighted that there was a rain shower but either it didn't work well or the water pressure was too low. Either way, it was not an enjoyable shower.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff . A lot of choices for breakfast and food for dinner was good to.

It is in the busy parts in Ubud and the traffic is terrible. You don’t hear the traffic at the hotel luckily. But if you want to stay in a quieter are with beautiful landscapes you have to stay outside the centre. Not so many sun beds and the pool area is not very sunny but nice and cozy.

Staff was very kind and attentive. One of our group was sick for a day and they brought her flowers and a card. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop deck was nice and the location was convenient to the center of Ubud, was nice to have the option of a driver when we were too tired to walk back. Hotel is set back from road so no issue with traffic noise. Overall, highly recommended!

The pool looked pretty green, only saw 1 person using it during our visit, but we were so busy that we really didn't have interest in a pool. First night we were on the ground floor end unit which felt exposed, right next to lobby. After we moved upstairs which was great Hot water not always available.

The staff are some of the kindest and most skilled we have come across. The room was spacious and modern. The buggy service was convenient and very prompt. The location was central and best for cafes, dining and shopping.

What you get is very expensive. The bed was not very comfortable, and the soundproofing on the ground floor was poor when people were noisy above (families). The rooms were also a bit humid, and toiletries were fairly budget. It wasn't as luxurious as we thought it was going to be. The pool was not very relaxing or private and was often occupied by families.

The staff were exceptional. They catered to every whim and request with a smile and proactively. The support via WhatsApp was real time and always excellent. The provided us with a fan, extension power cord, flexibility with the breakfast menus and vouchers for the Jaens spa, which was also good. The shuttle to Ubud town and back was extremely helpful, given the general chaotic nature of the Palace and Market area! The terrace offers spectacular panoramic views and tranquility. We cannot rave about the people at Sabana Ubud and how graceful they were in being exceptional hosts to us and our 8 year old son.

The pool was a bit over-chlorinated but we still used it everyday!!

Staying at Sabana was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond, making me feel like I had my own personal assistant or chauffeur. They were always attentive, ready to help with any questions or favors. The homey decor, spotlessly clean environment, and thoughtful touches made my stay so enjoyable. I especially loved the complimentary shuttle service to Ubud Centre—it was super convenient! When I wasn’t feeling well, they kindly offered to bring me ginger tea and even willing to pick up my laundry, despite it being close by. Their genuine care and kindness truly stood out. Sabana is more than just a place to stay—it feels like home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud, and I can’t wait to return! 🌿✨

I liked everything about the hotel. The location, breakfast, the friendliness of staff, the pool, the rooms. You are welcomed by a refreshing drink and a cold towel. You can write them on whatsapp with anything you need. The breakfast is served to your balcony and you can pick from a number of different breakfast options, all including at least 3 separate meals. We also had a floating breakfast which was great value and really nice, There is a separate menu for it. There is a driver that you can use for travel within Ubud from 7 am to 10 pm for free. You just need to message them 10 minutes before you need the car. They also have afternoon tea and coffee served for free to the guests together with some small cakes/savoury items. The staff are so welcoming. They pay attention to every detail, they even bring you bedtime stories. Thank you Sabana staff and especially Adi! We had the best time.

I liked everything.

Together with my husband we stayed at Sabana hotel for 4 nights as a part of our honeymoon. This place is amazing! The most important advantage of this place are people - hotel employees are so kind and helpful - we truly felt like in home :) Hotel lobby looks really nice, rooms are well-equipped. We had a room with the balcony, where the delicious breakfasts were served. We can also recommend hotel restaurant. This place has also a great viewpoint at the top of the building. The location is great - near the Ubud centre, but on a quiet site street. We also appreciated free shuttle service around Ubud centre.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing value for the cost. An absolute steal! We were in the newer section on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Absolutely gorgeous room with balcony where they brought us the most beautiful breakfasts, awesome bathtub to fit two people and great shower with huge shower head, the most kind helpful staff who made us feel at home and go out of their way to be helpful. Service was out of this world. Free shuttle around town. I cannot emphasize enough that this hotel absolutely rocks. 20 out of 10 stars.
