The rooms are very modern, clean and beautiful. The location is amazing right in the center and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Helped us with everything! They even prepared a breakfast at 2am for us the day that we were going to Mt Batur. Loved every moment of our stay. If we are back in Ubud we will be back at this hotel.

The room was exceptional- beautifully designed, very modern, maybe one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Loved the architecture of the hotel, maybe wouldn’t suit everyone but I loved it. Staff were lovely, very polite and friendly- just three minutes or so walk to lots of bars and restaurants- would highly recommend.

The Wifi wasn’t good in our room but we were right on the edge of the hotel. Also by the pool I didn’t see any rest rooms, no drinks service, even towels we had to look for. But then didn’t matter as the room design and the staff did it for us. Really lovely place.

I was amazed when I entered the room - it was really big! All the details were well thought out: beautiful room decoration, comfortable bathrobes, there’s also a bath with a foam if you want to enjoy one. The pool is amazing! There’s also a gym (didn’t go) and a spa in the hotel - visited it twice and it was good. The coffee island at the entrance offers great coffee and pastries. The location is also super good, there are some great cafes just in 3-mins walking distance. I booked it for 2 nights, but loved everything sooo much that I decided to book 2 more!

The only downside was the construction noise which woke me up at 7:30 😳 It felt like the construction works are taking place just behind my door.

This property was wonderful the staff were incredible and the spa was even better. The short walk to the city centre was easy, keep in mind traffic is quite bad heading into the afternoon. But overall was a wonderful stay!

The restaurant and breakfast wasn’t great, it was very simple and quite strict in what you can order with your stay. If you wanted for example extra hash brown you would need to pay for this. Dinner menu was okay, but plenty of places around either great food also in short distance walk.

The room is wonderful, clean, well-designed and smell good. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has everything I need. The Spa, the gym room and the pool are nice. Great location with many options of food and shops.

The surrounding of the room I stayed could be quite lively sometime at evening. But I had no problem to sleep during the stay. Didn't expect for the minor nature invasion event happened in the bathroom. Thanks the staff handling it well and calmly. But hopefully it's not going to happen again.

Staff at the Kemilau were great right from the beginning of our stay. Special mention to Alex who taught us a new Balinese word every time we went through reception. We had the swim up suite which was excellent, definitely worth paying extra for the convenience. The hotel and rooms are very modern. The location is great, a few minutes walk to some great restaurants and shops.

I would recommend choosing the pool view room. I personally got confused while booking and thought all rooms had the pool view. Hence, didn’t like the garden view. However, the rooms are beautiful. Very well done and great aesthetic especially for couples. ❤️

this is a brand new hotel, everything still clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, the pool is nice and the breakfast is perfect. The coffee is strong and bold. Location is walking distance from lots of nearby restaurant. 20 minutes walking to Monkey Forest. The shower in the room is great.

The staff are the best I’ve come across on my trip to Bali. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, they could not have been more polite and helpful. The hotel itself self is stunning and very high end.

The room was beautiful and staff were very helpful. The pool was very quiet (a good thing I guess!) but there’s no option to order food or drinks to the pool if that’s the vibe you’re looking for. Great place if you will be out and about most of the time.
