Our breakfast was cooked and served in our Villa daily by Fery, who was so incredibly friendly and kind to our family! He set the table as well as cleaned all our dishes after and always made us feel at ease whilst he was in our Villa working. The gardener also came every morning to sweep the leaves that had fallen overnight. All the staff that we encountered were so incredibly kind and helpful, making it an absolute delight to stay at this location. We would highly recommend it and would definitely choose to stay there again! We couldn't fault the villa; we loved everything about it! Our 3 kids thought it was the best, having their own private pool!

Location is very good. The villa is spacious, well presented and has a great pool. An easy walk to the seafood restaurants on Jimbaran Beach and the Four Seasons. Nakula staff in the villa were great and breakfast was excellent each morning. The Bay restaurant within Karma Jimbaran is quite good and only a couple of minutes walk away.

The arrival details issued via Booking.com don't include accurate address details. None of the transport providers recognised the address in the booking confirmation. This is further confused by the fact the booking name and all the information received says 'Villa Grasshopper by Nakula' but the property is actually Villa 26 Karma Jimbaran. I had to contact Nakula via WhatsApp when we arrived to get them to send me the actual accommodation details with a map pin. We also needed to fill out check in details with both Karma Jimbaran as well as Nakula. A bit frustrating and added about an hour to our time getting to and into the premises which could easily be avoided with clearer instructions at the outset.

Loved the amazing spacious and private villa. Having our own pool made for a great family retreat. Sound system in situ. Staff arranged massages in the villa for 6 people on short notice.

The area isn't particularly well located for shops and a range of external restaurants. The breakfast that was made for us each day was nice but not amazing (wouldn't be a negative if it wasn't for the amazing standard set in many places in Bali!)

Great location close to the beach, nice hotels, restaurants and shops. Not too far from the airport. Great sense of space and nice pool. The villa was comfortable and had a lovely rustic Balinese feel and charm. The villa was serviced daily including cleaning the pool and tidying the garden. Good breakfast cooked to order each day in the villa.

Our villa, was looking a little tired and in need of some upgrading to surfaces, tapware and soft furnishings. The tropics are a harsh environment and things need to be carefully maintained to keep them looking good with everything working. We had problems with water ingress into the living area due to blocked gutters, a leaking aircon unit and appliances and blinds that were not working. Staff were responsive and attended to issues quickly and without fuss.

Very smooth check in Someone guided us to the property, provided good information about the property, nearby places to visit, breakfast arrangement, etc

During check out, there was no one at the reception, waited more than 10 mins still no staff showed up Security guard told us we can leave without checking out after more than 10mins of wait at the reception..

Location very close walking distance to seafood restaurants on Jimbaran Bay. Important as weather was wet and stormy. Still picturesque from dining inside. Indulged almost daily. Cooked to order breakfast in villa excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Even organised a surprise cake for my husband’s 70th birthday and cables so we could watch the Grand Prix live from Melbourne. Very private.

Facilities showing their age. Cracked basins, leaking showers, slow drainage. Noisy fan. Rusty fridge door.

Daily breakfast was great and Adi was always happy to help us get organised. Gardens , pool and fit out were top notch - just like the pictures indicate. Really well thought out layout. Having restaurant and gym available also helpful.

Hot water was very slow coming through (thought there was none for a day or so) and air con in master bedroom was out of balance causing a lot of condensation to point floors were slippery / dangerous

The property is amazing - excellent value for money and just as nice as the pictures. Our butler met us on arrival and cooked us breakfast every day. He also helped with organising laundry and reservations. The villas are right near a little complex with restaurants and a few shops, but also just a stones throw away from Jimbaran's famous strip of seafood restaurants on the beach. It's am amazing location. It was quite hard to find the property as the whole thing is branded 'Karma'. Nakula have bought some of the villas at the resort. The resort also has a restaurant which we didn't know prior to arriving.

The only downside is that the bedroms are in separate buildings, so if you have children, it doesn't feel safe for them to sleep in another building (which you have to cross the pool courtyard to get to), but ours were small enough to share with us.

The location was amazing. The Villa Alejandra was an easy walk down to the beach and directly across from the bay restaurant. The villa itself is lovely great for a small group. The staff, in particular Wulan, were welcoming and helpful. Helping us organise washing and even ladies to come in for beauty services.

The villa, compared to others I have stayed in at that price point, felt a little bare. There is only one TV in the living space (none in bedrooms), no hairdryer in bathrooms, upstairs bedroom, no decoration apart from the four post bed and a chest of drawers, no seating in rooms or deck etc. The Villas are inside the Karma complex, so it was a bit confusing at check-in for the drivers. The in room breakfast was a bit of a challenge for our group with dietary requirements and 3 young children. The pool area, while lovely, could use a bit of tree removal with almost no sun throughout the day reaching the loungers or the pool itself. Great for those who prefer shaded patios but not so much if you have any ideas of warming the pool up and getting a little vit D.

The villa was in a great location for access to the beach and a short walk to the main street. The main part of the villa was lovely and had a very nice working kitchen as well as an extra toilet. Wulan was lovely and extremely helpful.

The separate bedroom building was very sparce with no additional furnishings like couch or chairs inside or tv, hairdryer etc, making it feel a little bare compared to the main house. The was also a leak from the air-conditioning unit infront of the wardrobe upstairs. The pool area got next to no sun through the day.
