It is a very nice and affordable place. The rooms are really spacious.

The plastic flowers everywhere are just plain ugly. They are literally everywhere, but why? Doesn't make sense to me. The bathroom smells really awful, they should really do something about that.

Facility's were great nice room clean rooms. Restaurant food lovely, majority of the staff at the hotel very good.

Location a bit out of the way. Most of the staff don't speak much English, hard to communicate. One staff member at reception wasn't very helpful, asked her to call a Bluebird taxi she claimed didn't have the number, but could organize a private taxi to Airport, which I agreed well what a piece of shit couldn't but cases in trunk full of shit had to nurse case's. This staff member is on the take We previously ordered a Bluebird taxi from another staff members and was ordered and arrived on time

I had an incredible experience at Pandan Sari Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, adorned with beautiful flowers that gave the entire property a serene and welcoming ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond by recommending wonderful places to visit, making my stay even more memorable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team ensured that everything was always in impeccable condition. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, huge, and perfect for relaxation. And the views from the hotel? Simply breathtaking! Pandan Sari Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless stay.

Staff bend over backward to help, so kind. This is a nice oasis set back from a busy road. Rooms are bright and spacious with seating area, fridge. Rooftop made it all worth it (restaurant there). Rooms seem to face either toward back, with distant sea view, or to front which looks over pool and faces toward the busy street. Pool is huge and refreshing. Nice to have a balcony. They delivered food to our room. Good menu with pictures, all was delicious. Spa on premises with a variety of massages, wink. Supermarkets 10-min walk.

Smell in bathroom wasn’t great but we got used to it. WiFi was not reliable in the room; was in and out a lot.

Large room with couches and coffee table, plenty of storage space. Breakfast with ocean views on the rooftop and you can watch the airplanes landing and taking off across the water at the airport. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and the staff are very attentive. Receptionist also very lovely and security out the front. The pool area is nice to relax in. Good wifi, no problems. A few places to eat next door and a supermarket.. otherwise very easy to get a quick bike or car ride down the hill to the beach or other streets. Ladies do yourself a favour and check out Happy Sway massage.. It's located in the hotel.. much more affordable prices than Flame Spa.

The property is located on the main road to Jimbaran-Ulawatu. Nusa Dua is just 10 min by scooter. Uluwatu is around 15 min ride. The rooms are big and well maintained. AC does its job, bed is comfortable. I had an Ocean view room, though the sea is far but you can still see it. The guy in the restaurant Mady is a very friendly person, all the staff is very welcoming. The roof top restaurant is a good place to sit at during sunset and sunrise. The Hotel arranged scooter at a decent price, free parking is available.

The Wi-Fi is very bad. The cleaning staff do not do their job seriously, we had to stand next to them and get the cleaning done or else they just finish the job in 2 min and run away.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Chika and Bintang! and housekeeping. Room was Deluxe and spacious! Totally Royal and worth the value! ❤️ Rooftop Restaurant is well decorated and offers a 360° View from Jimbaran overlooking the Bay and Airport on one side and the GWK Statue on the other, 20 mins radius from both. New lifts. Inhouse Spa.

Steps leading to reception. Restaurant staff needs to be trained better. Management is too focused on energy saving and cost cutting instead of guest comfort. They switch off AC even when guests are dining and only switch on 1 AC upon specifically requesting to do so. Swimming pool is quite deep, the deeper end needs to be marked with signage.

The first thing I experienced was a super smooth check-in process, extremely friendly, polite, and helpful staff, I mean, they seemed like genuinely interested in taking care of you. Super quick service be it when you ask for additional bottles of water or a cutlery and plates in the middle of the night. The pool was always clean. I originally booked only for 2 days but extended it for another 2 more days and made it my base for most of the trip. I would highly recommend this place. There is a mall within 800 meters which offers a quite a few food options and there are street food options on the way too. Also the Alfamart/Indomart is next door for any groceries or essentials. The hotel guys arranged for a scooter too , so yeah pretty much took care of everything. It's so funny, they never asked for a review/rating.. makes me want to give them a good rating even more. The hotel guys, if you are reading this -- you are doing an amazing work.. keep it up!

Really, nothing!

The terrace view is fabulous, unblocked view of the whole coast. Enjoy it while having breakfast every morning. Rooms are good, clean. Beach is not close, but accessed by taxi in 10 mins.

The doors had a loud noise while.opening and closing. Not anyone's fault, however slowly you do it it'll make a noise. A bit annoying when u have neighbours that enter their rooms just when you're going off to sleep. Minor issue though highlighting for any of you who are light sleepers.
