This property and the hosts were exceptional. So friendly, accommodating and helpful from pick-up to check-out. The property itself is beautiful and far exceeded what we were expecting; and the rooms are MASSIVE. The breakfast was just amazing, and had a wide variety to choose from. We really had such a nice stay here and were able to fully relax and enjoy our time together. We didn't get out and about during our stay to see the area as it was a short stay so can't speak to the neighbourhood, but the villa itself is wonderful. We even decided on checking out their other Villa Seriska locations the next time we come to Bali! Lovely people, lovely place; highly recommend. :)

Just be careful on the sweeping stairs as the bannisters are a bit low. No other issues though!

Property is large enough for communal gathering eating and resting area. The staffs were attentive and doing their best to ensure we have a good stay. I told Putra, the manager, that the next day there will be a boy coming and it was meant for his birthday. He took effort to inform his staffs to pump balloons and put up Happy Birthday sign. This was a good gesture. This unit is shared with a total of 4 other villas and guarded by a 24hr security/care-taker. Which provided some form of security and we packed food for the security at night as the in-house staffs will leave the villa at around 1600hr. Good privacy as they won’t be seen if needed self-time for couples. We went as 2 families with 4 kids. It was enjoyable and would recommend this villa if one chooses Jimbaran area.

This property is slightly dated since it’s build, so one has to reduce some expectations on the optimum quality. Overall it’s still alright. Contact to Putra the manager often see his replying delayed and slow. One of the room, since day one, the spinning fan causes loud clicking noises that made sleeping in that room uncomfortable. Moreover the aircon is hidden at back. You can also hear neighbour loud kids noises daily, with bird chirping from 6am.

The villa was great for 3 families to share. We were able to add another bed in the larger downstairs room which was great. The pool is really nice and the breakfast was sensational. A restaurant at the end of the street called Camino was fantastic value and great quality, it really helped when we needed a quick fix.

They could get a fancier coffee machine, we walked to Sandpiper for some of the best coffee I've had, but you did have to walk if you wanted something better earlier in the morning, but I'm clutching at straws here. The villa is down a residential street, it's very safe and secluded, but you do need to walk a little to get onto the main road.

The villa Seriska is huge with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus power room. The staff including Putra and driver Thomas are great. The food is yummy, and we had private chef cook lunch which is very tasty. We also had floating breakfast, which is included. The villa has water dispenser and bottle of water for brush teeth as convenient. Driver Thomas is very helpful and take us to supermarket and change money. We had one day trip with him and found him very reliable.

Villa is bit wear and tear but it does not affect our stay

Villa Seriska Jimbaran was an excellent destination for our large family including 2 babies. Putra met us on arrival and was extremely helpful the entire trip. We enjoyed a delicious in house meal cooked for us on our first night and breakfast was prepared for us each morning. We were waited on hand and foot and felt like Royalty! Andre & Diana and all the other staff were so helpful - even helping out with Mozzie repellent for the babies! The house was cleaned each day and always there was a security guard out the front. The large dining table was perfect and the huge living room meant we could separate if we wanted to. The Air conditioners work a treat and were used non stop as it was very hot outside. We walked into town each morning - about 12 minutes - and got coffees at Sandpiper. L'Osteria Pizza was not far from there. We only found Camino Resto & Bar on the last day - this is the closest food outlet to walk to, is very good and is therefore handy to know about. There is a car available for guests to be driven into town so make sure you plan ahead as taxis are not always available for the short trips - particularly in the evenings. Loved this place and hope to return one day :)

The property was amazing, it looks even better than it does in the pictures, it’s so spacious and beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our chef dinner and the included breakfasts. The villa manager Putra was always prompt with responses and gave us a nice tour of the villa at check in. All of the staff we encountered were attentive and great.

The tiles at the bottom of the pool could use a bit of cleaning/scrubbing.

The villa was very well-designed, spacious and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and responsive throughout and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious as well. It was an ideal place for a getaway with friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The villa was quite far inside a very narrow alley which made it tough to go in and out by anything other than a taxi.

Loved every bit of it but what stood out was the service. Putra was a fantastic manager. I cannot thank him enough for the good work and strong support. His team, Andre, Diana and Adi, are very helpful and supportive too. (Makes good food too!) Extremely pleasant stay.

Property is good for large group of travellers .. facilities are excellent and the staff hospitality is exemplary

Villa is a little old .. the Bedding and bath linens were off white due to excessive use , as with most properties in Bali, Location is a little inward from main road

The property was beautiful inside and out. I loved how clean it was and every single room had something special. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for late night swims. The chef was very accommodating to our needs and I know we didn’t make it easy for him. The food was delicious. All the staff was very friendly.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
