The room was clean and spacious with comfy bed, air condition and TV both worked properly. There was a kitchenette with fridge as well so there's an option to have a meal in your room. Breakfast choices were good ans delicious! The staffs were all very friendly and accommodating!

The bathroom is rather run down and needs an upgrade. Taking a shower was no problem as hot and cold water worked properly.

Pleasant stay. It has 24 hours marts nearby within walking distance. Overall was OK. Value for money and staff were helpful.

The property’s gym was a lil worn off. Some equipments were damaged but not repaired. Also the room was a little old.

The staff was exceptional, always smiling, always very helpful. They assisted with laundry, and tips about the area, dining recommendations when we wanted to try the local cuisine outside the hotel. Rooms we're always clean, they helped with luggages too. The café where they serve the food is very cozy under the trees and its by the pool. Food was very very nice and very tasty and beautifully served every time. The area is also good to explore because nothing is really far away. Best advice is to rent scooters that will greatly help you get by or just get a Gojek scooter driver due to traffic on the main street. We would definitely return to this hotel, amazing staff, nice food, good location, and very nice, clean rooms! Front desk is always helpful should you need anything. Loved it!

The room exceeded my expectations, the bed was super comfortable and the blacked out curtains made a day nap perfect which I found trouble finding during my stays over in Asia. The sound proofing was a great addition too which prevented noise which I liked the most, the aircon worked fine and the shower and toilet were perfect. They offer to clean your room everyday which is great.

I honestly can’t fault anything besides the one issue I had but it’s just unlucky of me because my room was right next to the shared kitchen and dinning area so during dinner time when other residents and guests were making dinner I could smell and hear the conversations a little bit if they were too loud, but I guess someone had to get that room so yeah. Other than that nothing was an issue.

1. Staff (Dekwid) very friendly, helpful and informative. She communicate before guest arrivals, also she will ask a day before for breakfast ordering. 2. Breakfast is yummy, delicious. I love the breakfast so much and wish to able to be able to test all the breakfast from the menu. 3. Not far from tourist spot, just use grab service. 4. Room is clean, ready with nessasary toiletries. At common area, every morning the staffs are cleaning. 5. Water dispenser available at living hall.

Amazing service! Staff did an excellent job, made me feel very welcome, and did everything they could to offer the best service 🙏🏽 They even upgraded my room. I’m super grateful. The place is beautiful, have big spacious rooms, very comfy beds, and also communal area on each floor where you have free water refill (👍🏽👍🏽) and the option to cook your own food. Otherwise you can order both breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Staff can arrange scooters for rent, otherwise Grab is very efficient. Walking distance to a couple minimarts, and also a few restaurants/ cafes — I recommend the brunch at The Garage Ubud which is maximum 5 minutes walk

There’s nothing I didn’t like — but if you want to be close to the more busy side, walk to the beach ahead etc the location is a little bit off. But scooter and grab is available and easy.

I liked the place and I would love to stay there for longer The room is big, there are kitchens on every floor, I could cook basic food salads The staff is also friendly and caring, helped with my questions and made my stay comfortable

The AC didn`t work properly in my room so I had to change rooms Also, the road to the place is not good, very bumpy The price is a bit too high for the guest house

Amazing property, wonderful staff and a lovely environment. Our room was well equipped and they would clean it as often as we liked. Only a short ride away from the beaches. Highly recommend. The breakfast was also exceptional we loved the omelette and scrambled eggs.
