1. Breakfast is very nice!!! Especially fresh pink guava juice)) a lot of food for all tastes! Because I know that often breakfasts are much more simple. 2. Perfect mattress! I liked it very much really! 3. They let me stay till 14:00 that was very good cause I got sleep very late and needed more time to rest!

1. The duvet cover was thorn a little bit, but it’s ok. 2. No soap in the bathroom only shampoo and shower gel from the plastic tubes… not very convenient

The personal was so nice to all the questions we had. We moved from the hotel and left our goods there for 2 day’s . And the stuff kindly keep it for us .

Everything was good compare to price for this hotel, only the part of the road , about 500 m, to the hotel is a bit bad.

The hotel was very nice with a great pool area and good, clean rooms. It was by far one of most luxurious and tidy hotels we went to during our trip.

The location was not very convenient if you want to be able to walk to restaurants etc. You will have to take taxi. I recommend using the apps for taxi. The restaurant in the evening was disappointing. The Indonesian food was good but too small portions. Do not order the pizza, it seemed to be some type of frozen pizza.

Large room, great people, nice bar & staff with pretty pool. As many mentioned, I also e joyed great breakfast with its variety and taste. We stayed 3 nights but we could not enjoy different menus at every morning.

Location was not the most convenient. But putting it aside, I have some suggestions. - may better to update reception call number on any brochures on the room - may better to consider to prepare any plate/bowel and tea spoon for the room which has kitchen - need trash bin in a room. Not only toilet disposal bin. - need refills in bath shampoos & shower gel - better not to disturb guest at early morning for your room cleaning Sorry to listed such minor points.. we just hope your upgrade to be better quality villas.

Great, cozy hotel! Professional staff, spacious rooms by the pool, good breakfast, even entertainment every evening! We also had the best massage at their spa! Such a great value for this price! Also there is a yoga studio in 5 min away, where we had fun Aerial yoga class!

The area looks undeveloped, but we didn't care about that! We took a quick ride to all places needed!

I booked the property as a solo female traveller who was coming to the end of their solo trip and did not want to spend any more nights in a dorm room. For the area I was looking, the price that I paid was more than reasonable. I was slightly worried about the accomodation on the drive down the street, but upon arriving and seeing the hotel, I was more than pleased. It was clean, there was a pool and the room was had everything I needed and more than I could want! Taking this from a backpacker who has been on the move for the last year, the fact that there was a kettle and bottle of waters in the room blew my mind.

The main thing I had with the accomodation was that the sun loungers by the pool looked quite unclean. I had to lay on a towel most of the time as I didn’t want to lay directly on there. But this isn’t a bit issue and honestly they probably were clean and I was just being fussy. For the price of the accomodation I paid, I really feel like it goes above and beyond. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

clean & spacious room, with comfy big bed. lovely staff, nice pool area. breakfast was great and included. they go to the extra extent to make you happy!

they cleaned away our own newly bought schampo and conditioner, and pressure of hot water wasn’t the greatest but still very happy with my stay. would only stay here if location doesn’t matter to you and you’re happy to take a scooter/gojek everywhere as there is nothing at ALL in the neighbourhood.

The streets near the hotel are not finished and there are many holes... the access must be improved.

The property feels high-end and modern while being a good deal price wise. The room and facilities are well maintained. The pool was a great place to relax at with a bar right beside it that was staffed all day for food and/or drinks. Lastly the staff were amazing, they were available at all times to help with booking, questions, and even a shuttle to the beach (during daylight hours). The place was a quick and easy 23 minute drive to the airport (during the evening), which is a huge help if you are flying out or in that same day.

Not a major problem, but the location is off the beaten track so you won’t be very close to the main area of Jimbaran. We were quickly able to call a local taxi to and from the resort at any time of the day, and the drive to the beach, downtown area, and airport was fairly quick!
