We loved our stay, everything was great. all the staff were amazing and very attentive, Loved the buffet breakfast which changed daily. They even arrived singing happy birthday at our table the morning of my 40th birthday - that was extra special. Having our own pool was great we used this a lot.

Nothing - we would come back in a heart beat

Each villa has its own private pool and garden. The bedroom is very spacious and the kingsize bed and bedding is excellent. The bedroom looks onto the pool and has great flow to the garden with sliding doors. The large flat screen TV offers Nerflix and YouTube and there is a chaise longue to relax on while watching. The bathroom is stunning and provides access to the pool. There is a huge swimming pool for everyone and a great restaurant. Breakfast offers huge variety Western and Asian.

We liked everything.

The villa was great; I loved the intimacy we had, even though we were given the first villa next to the lobby. Despite its location, it was fairly quiet. The villa was spacious, the pool was amazing (1.4m). Surprisingly, we did not have any problems with mosquitoes during our stay. The breakfast was good, with a great variety of choice. The coffee was not to my taste and I had to pay extra to get a stronger coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

That we stayed only 3 nights, but planning to return one day and stay longer.

We had issues in communicating with the workers there. (Language problem; English) Night time staff were okay, but during the day time, they could not understand our requirements. Also there were not many options for the breakfast buffet, especially the fruit section. It would be better if they have more selections for fruits. Room service food quality was poor and slow. We waited for an hour for a few fruit pieces. We called for Spa booking at 4 in the afternoon, but the spa was closed already. We broke a small juice cup and had to pay for extra 3$.

great villa. new and worth the money. do book the flooties and enjoy it in the big pool.

receptionist can be more engaging and friendly. breakfast can be better.

Room was very spacious and clean. Good sized pool. Good facilities. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of variety. Nice touch with the one off free mini bar (non alcoholic beverages)....

Location was really nice, however, a little removed. Definitely need a scooter (which we got). Housekeeping were a little early and somewhat hurried to get into the room and clean. More daily coffee and also some milk would have been great. Very little to not like though.

The location was good, we had a scooter so it was easy for us to get around. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from, the staff was fantastic, we brought our little dog along and they welcomed her like family 😊

Being a dog friendly establishment we would recommend maybe a dog bowl for food and water

The private villas with private pool are amazing. Very comfortable with spacious room and spacious open bathroom. Also the mainpool of Vivara is huge!!! Since it was very quiet we had also that pool to ourselves. Breakfast was good and complete. Service by the people who work there are amazing. Everybody is very friendly and nothing is too crazy.

You cannot fault the villas, the resort, or the staff here - it is amazing! The villa, the room, the big pool, the comfy bed - all perfect. And the staff will do anything for you - special big thanks to Tama, who sourced some special souvenirs we were having trouble finding. He really went out of his way.

They offer a lot of channels, but you actually have to have your own membership to use Netflix, etc. At other similar resorts, you watch on their membership, which would be much better. It would also be good to have the breakfast in the villas. We ordered the floating breakfast the day before we left, but they were not able to do it - we were very disappointed about that.

We will comeback for sure, everything is perfect. The villa is so big :)
